They provide the menu for each event on Facebook, announce special events and where they're going to be on Twitter, and their website (emtfoodtruck.com) has a calendar summarizing where they'll be and what kind of weather that day will be having. The two people running the truck were friendly and efficient overall. We were pleased to find that they accept credit cards (I guess that's getting to be the standard, but you still find a stinker from time to time that only accepts cash). Both arepas were hot and tasty. I had the chicken arepa and it was assembled fresh on the spot. I have no idea what an arepa is supposed to be but the tortilla/shell thing around it was very moist and spongy. It was a different texture than what I was expecting, but I really liked it. The chicken was well flavored and the cheese complemented the whole thing well. After I finished eating, I inquired as to why they don't layer cheese and meat rather than just adding the cheese to the top. She said that is the more traditional way to do, so they prefer to stick with that. Works for me. Maybe give this food truck a try for yourself before passing a final judgment. I think Juancho's has a good thing going as far as late night food options in Bloomington.
