I read reviews that says this place takes awhile when you walk in and order so I made a call thru the phone I live across town took me 15 mins when I got there my order was ready when I got home the hotdog was a bit cold the cheese was also cold so I had to stick it in the air fryer I don't know if it's because I picked it up in 15 mins and it took another 15 mins to get home but if you want that hot cheese pull I suggest you walk in and order or else the hot dog wouldn't be that tasty . Somewhat expensive but a nice treat every now and again. Love the flavor and texture of both the mochinuts and Korean corn dogs.

Almost didn't find them as their sign outside is small and almost hidden, but they're there, next to BR31. I ordered a total of 8 pieces, thinking the lady would charge me the bundle rate of 6/$18, and just add the individual price for the extra 2 pieces. Nope! She tried to charge me individually for all 8 pcs. I kindly asked her to recalculate and she did but commented as if she was doing me a favor. The donuts were not warm! Bummer! I've been to other Mochinuts a few times and they've always been warm in the box. Its also deep in Modesto, not right off the freeway. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for. read more

The mochinut donuts are delicious, I like the raspberry funnel one the most! The drinks, however, are horrible. I tried the coffee, brown sugar milk tea, and the ube and was disappointed. The Korean hot dogs are also amazing! I love the original half-and-half. Great customer service as well. read more

Very delicious , definitely will be going back the service was great !! And when it comes to the boba drink I would definitely go back for the horchata and mocha ...the ube boba for me was more of a vanilla flavor only , although it was still good. When it comes to the donuts they were all very delicious, sweet and soft my most favorite one would be the funnel cake donut. Customer service sucks. They had one cashier told us our food/drinks would be ready in 10 minutes. Paid came back 10 minutes later food still wasnt ready. Waited another 30 minutes food was ready and cold, but drinks weren't ready she said put the food back in the car and she wilp have the drinks ready... No biggie i did just that and came back drinks still wasn't ready. I proceed to ask her about the drinks she said she already gave it, but it might have been to someone else... HUH?! I love the place. I had some in Stockton and found this place in Modesto and it is great the potato one I can't get enough of. Sad that they close at 7 but a lot of people say they take a long time, and it's true but this stuff isn't frozen then put in the fryer. Call in ahead of time. Honestly, the corn dogs were pretty good, (hot Cheetos half and half, potato half and half) I tried my first one in Hawaii and although it doesn't quite meet the standards of the one I had in Hawaii; it still satisfied my craving (: it is a bit pricey for the size.., and the donuts were pretty good but also a little too pricey for what it is (we got 3 for 10) and there wasn't a lot of selection for the donuts.. we also got a brown sugar boba which wasn't very good to me... reminded me of the "honey smacks" cereal from the 90s which I wasn't a fan of lol but hey some people liked it. The employees were very nice at this mochinut and even helped us pick out some things. The mochinuts were really good, would definitely recommend. Their original korean corndogs are good and all their corndogs come plain which was really nice as it gave us the option to add whatever we wanted on it. However their potato corndogs were unfortunately not fully cooked, a few bites into it and the batter was all raw. Other than this the rest of the food was good and I would recommend going here but just keep in mind that the potato corndogs are thicker so there might be a possibility the batter may end up not being cooked thoroughly. read more

We really like the drinks, but they still haven't gotten the boba and it's been months. The lady at the counter needs to learn to communicate better. To save you the time I'd highly recommend going to another location .The Mochinut in Modesto is not like the other locations that they run. The place was very unprofessional and the place was unorganized ,uncleanliness with a bad smell.
