Not only did they put the best HVAC in their home, they reinforced what was holding it in the attic. They didn't have to go that extra mile for myself or my parents, but the tech wanted to make sure it stayed put for an extra 20 years in place of the old. HVACs are expensive, relatively speaking. No one wants to just empty their bank or pockets for a brand new HVAC, but having dependable cooling in the south is an absolute must. I have no problem with guns, but this guy kept touching it making me uncomfortable. He seemed unsure of what he was doing, and when asked for a price he acted like he didn't know anything and then told me the office would call me. I didnt mind speaking to the office but I'd like to know what I pay per hour before the work was done. Would not recommend this company for fixing camper issues.
