Walked in, hoping to look at jewelry. One guy sitting behind a half wall with his feet up, didn't acknowledge us... (only one girl was sitting and waiting on piercer) so I approached him, only he was super unhelpful and actually rude when I asked questions. Told me, "I'm a tattoer, don't ask me about piercings. You can wait for the other guy to help you". The piercer didn't seem like he wanted to help me either... especially after he learned that I didn't get pierced there. I felt like I was inconveniencing them even though there wasn't a lot of people in there. I left frustrated and with zero desire to ever go back there for any other work. read more

He made sure the art was exactly how I wanted it, that placement on my body was perfect, and I was comfortably seated before he began. And the tattoo came out perfect. I stopped in to find some different jewelry for a conch piercing I had done in another city that just wouldn't heal and that I had managed to really irritate trying to make another earring work. Thankfully Juan was there and I explained the situation to him, and instead of just selling me jewelry he took me back to take a closer look at my ear. He explained why it likely wasn't healing and what my best choices were for jewelry. He thoroughly sanitized the piece I chose and then swapped it out with what I had in as well as covered the best and worst things to do to help it heal. My ear is already 10x happier than when I went in. He went above and beyond and I'll be coming to him for any new piercings in the future! Would recommend piercing by Juan only. I went back to get a professional opinion on whether it is a good time to change the piercing ( i wanted the hoop ) . I talked to JOE and he said "its not completely healed but it should be fine" he put in the wrong size...irritated my piercing and I had to go back to get the right size. Changed piercing twice in one night. 3 days later, I formed a ugly keloid looking bump on my nose and ended up spending so much more money trying to get it to go back down again. ( I had to buy more saline, soap, etc ) wasted gas going back to the shop to keep him updated on the size. I went back and talked to juan and he changed the hoop back to the original piercing and it is finally looking like it is going down. I wouldn't come back to this shop again. If you go, I would recommend Juan for sure. read more

I've come here with all of my piercing needs and Juan has always been sooo helpful. I go to school out of town so I've gotten piercings elsewhere. Some of those piercings have gotten infected so I went to Juan for help. He was able to switch out the piercings and even explain to me what went wrong in the first place. I came in with two infected cartilage piercings with keloids. He gave me the information and tips to heal my piercings and to get the keloids to go away. This was a week ago and I'm already noticing a difference! His prices are reasonable and I truly love working with him! read more

I went with my sister in law to get a piercing and there was a heavy set lady there, she was just so rude with her remarks she's not professional at all I seen a customer come in to get a tattoo but didn't agree with the price that was charged when the customer left the heavy set lady made fun of her because she didn't have or agree with the funds saying "it's only permanent what she expect" even though she made the experience uncomfortable, JUAN was GREAT thanks for giving my sis in law a great FIRST experience 5 stars for him ! read more

I got my first tattoo done with Shawn. I wanted my brothers name that passed away, he did a horrible job. The letters were misperportioned and the o's in my brothers name looked like A's. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had to get it fixed in Stockton. On top of that, he added grey around the letters which I did NOT ask for and he did not have my consent on. read more
