I've been here 2 times within the last couple months great friendly staff, went in for a $60 special and went back 2 weeks later for more. Steve was amazing from art to his hospitality into the shop go see him !

Went in to get a septum piercing, and the girl that attended me didn't even give her name was kind of just dismissive of me and didn't really line up my septum piercing correctly so it came out super crooked. She did not provide aftercare instructions and after she received payment, we just left. She also never asked for any form of identification

I went in a few weeks ago, when my boyfriend and I walked in everyone was welcoming and nice. I got pierced by Wilde, she was great. I got a navel piercing done, it was quick and easy. Her space is well kept and super cute. She was very nice and supportive, not an awkward vibe at all which is always great when getting a needle pressed into you lol. I haven't had any issues with it and that's a big plus because my skin is sensitive. She was really helpful when I asked about cleaning it. Definitely will be returning once I decide what else I want to get done, very happy with the experience :)

Mason did a great job. He was thorough and quick. It was very clean. Everything was sterilized. I will definitely go back!

Great experience coming to the shop with Hector, he's great with first time tattoo people and I've gone back multiple times since. I love the tattoos he put on which have meaning to my daughter who was a premature, will definitely continue to comeback!

My buddy and I got our tattoos here recently and I couldn't say enough good things about this place. The vibes were so chill and Mario was an amazing artist. He took his time on both and they both came out amazing. Highly recommend him if you ever want to get a tattoo here.

(Part 2 from the previous review in sept.) I came back the next day to have it wrapped and I informed him when I took a shower I accidentally got part of it wet since it was so close to where my hand and my wrist meet. He looked at it and told me I messed it up again and the part that got wet was going to have to be redone. He then went on to scold me and inform me that he told me not to get it wet at all and I apologized and told him I never intended for it to get wet but I wasn't able to get help showering so I had to use only one hand to shower. He continued telling me I messed it up and then followed up each time by saying "I'm not trying to be a jerk but if I don't talk to you like this you're not gonna take me seriously. Its like talking to a child, you have to be stern with them or else they won't take you seriously." By this point I was crying harder than I did the first time and apologizing to him over and over again. He pat me on the shoulder and told me not to take it personally and that these things happen all the time when people come in because they "fucked up" their tattoos. He then went on to say that "regardless, we still get paid no matter what. It's just a matter of more money coming out of your pocket, but it's fixable." He cleaned up the rose, wrapped it again, and told me to come back three days later. At this point, I knew I wasn't being treated professionally as a customer, and just morally as a person. I had already been charged $300 for the portrait and $200 for the rose (mind you, the original agreement was $500 for a whole sleeve outline). I asked Super since I already spent the $500 we agreed on, if having to redo the portrait would be included with the $500. He told me no and it was going to be an additional $300 to redo, making it a total of $800 just for the portrait and rose on my forearm. I got a second opinion from another artist in Fresno and he informed me that: 1) I was overcharged for the portrait and rose all together. 2) Many artists have had bad days but based off my experience(s), he agreed i was taken advantage of and disrespected by Super's attitude. And 3) My medication can have an affect on the healing process but it wouldn't come out so light because of the way I took care of it and it would've been darker if Super had packed it in darker. It was nice to have validation from another well-known artist, however I felt very belittled and gaslighted by Super. I informed Super that my tattoo was healing well so far but I was not going to continue the rest of the tattoo and sleeve with him. I also explained how I felt during the sessions and how uncomfortable I was with the way he treated me during not just 1, but 3 different interactions with him. I thanked him for his work since he did draw it out and I meant that. His only response was "Wow. Okay that's fine..." I chose Super as my artist of choice for the sleeve because I saw how community-focused he is and his philanthropy/advocacy toward Fresno county. This was not the same person I got a tattoo from though. This person was rude, standoffish, and in my opinion, a little full of himself. I don't disagree that Super is a good artist. That's the whole reason I went with him. I just didn't understand how he could portray himself one way toward the public and have the attitude he did with me multiple times. I felt taken advantage of $$$-wise, belittled, and gaslighted. Super, I hope you continue to spread awareness in the community. However I would not recommend this artist to anyone I know.

Very happy with the marigold and bumblebee done by Mason. The shop itself is cool, clean, and follows all COVID guidelines. Can't wait to get more tats!

This is my favorite place to get tattooed! Nick is a fantastic Artist and always makes me a happy Customer! I feel like the ink speaks for itself though. :)

As they say, first impressions are everything. I love the logo and the store front is inviting. With a big "TATTOO" sign in green on the front and clean windows, it was comforting to see they keep their space clean. We were greeted upon arrival and took a seat to wait. When it was our turn, even as a walk in, the process was super easy. You scan a QR code and check in, sign an agreement and request a service. Nose piercing came to a total of $75. The work itself was done professionally. Ricky made sure to sterilize everything. He worse gloves and was an all around cool guy. We chatted about music and that calmed my nerves. I've gotten piercings before but it's been a while and I'd never done my nose before. Anyways, it was a fun experience and I think it came out great. Ricky made sure to ask me to give a big cheesy smile so he could get the placement right. Which made sense because your nose flares when you smile! Then after we walked to Vallarta to grab a drink and Ross after that. It's a great location with lots to do in that shopping center but of course stop here and get some work done! Ask for Ricky.

She was fine, no problem with what she did but she did give me an after care for tattoos, not piercings. However, when I came back to get it checked because I noticed something wrong, was the problem. I first contacted her by phone number. I sent her a picture of my piercing, clearly showing that my ear was rejecting it. She tried blaming me saying that it was obvious I had taken out the jewelry too early and that is what caused the problem. I had in fact not taken it out at all and cleaned it every day. I am experienced in cleaning piercings because I have 10 others. When I came in person for her to take it out, she then tried to blame me again saying that I should have came in earlier and taken better care of it. Mind you, it was not infected whatsoever. After, when she tried taking the piercing out using tools it slipped and she wasn't successful. She then started YANKING on my piercing MULTIPLE times and pulled it STRAIGHT THROUGH MY SKIN!! It hurt SO BAD! I quite literally started crying! She proceeded to say, " Oh look, it just came right out." And " At least you don't need stitches." I did not come there to get my earring ripped out of my ear. If you want or are thinking about getting a piercing here, I would NOT recommend in case something goes wrong!!

Secondly, Liquid Fetish is such a gem in the city of Fresno, I am appalled at the lack of reviews and the negative reviews on Yelp. I can only wonder if haters/competition have left bad remarks for reasons not exactly on the up and up.. In any case, I couldn't be more pleased with my experiences at Liquid Fetish. Everyone there has been kind, professional (calling/texting with appointment reminders, giving appointment cards, etc) and most importantly in my opinion I think Liquid Fetish has the MOST talented crew of artists. They are a business that takes extreme pride in being able to trade on their good name by building trust with quality work and quality artists. Beyond artistry, the Liquid Fetish crew has championed community involvement not only in the art scene, beyond tattooing, but with charitable works, compassion, and kindness. From hosting art/music/mixed media events, to gathering donations for our homeless brothers and sisters on the streets during colder months, to most recently rallying the community to support the families of two artist who lost their lives too soon... Honestly I am in awe of their impact on our community, and their level of leadership and compassion. Getting work at Liquid Fetish means you are getting talented, forward thinking artists who work hard to evolve at their craft, constantly raising their game (just check out Lisa-Marie's IG for gorgeous watercolor pieces!!). It also means you are supporting a homegrown local who built an empire of artists from nothing except raw talent, which is just damn amazing... Beyond that, you can feel even better about spending your dollars at a company that is deeply involved in the community. You will not find better artists, or better people. The waitlists can get long for a reason!!!!! I really don't want to book work anywhere else because I trust the Liquid Fetish brand employees to be the best and brightest artists around, and I love their impact on my community. :)
