I made 3 appointments with their piercer at 1pm and she didn't bother to show up nor message me that she would be running late. So we sat there from 12:49pm-1:09pm and as we were walking out she messaged me to say she'd be 20 minutes late because she's at the dr. So we left and it was upsetting to my kids because this is now the second time a tattoo shop has done this. Why make an appointment if you can't show up to your own place of business??? I messaged her to say it wasn't professional of her to not notify her clients ahead of time so we don't show up early let alone on time if she isn't going to be there. And this is the response she sent to me: "I was at the shop by 1:03 and you were not there. I'm sorry you showed up for your appointment early and I apologize for running late. But you need to understand that I'm not a slave to you. You don't have a right to demand things from me like one. This kind of attitude is not welcome at my business. I'm sorry your kids were disappointed. But please understand that if we had both been on time to the appointment then this wouldn't have happened. Have a great day." I went in a few weeks ago, when my boyfriend and I walked in everyone was welcoming and nice. I got pierced by Wilde, she was great. I got a navel piercing done, it was quick and easy. Her space is well kept and super cute. She was very nice and supportive, not an awkward vibe at all which is always great when getting a needle pressed into you lol. I haven't had any issues with it and that's a big plus because my skin is sensitive. She was really helpful when I asked about cleaning it. (Part 2 from the previous review in sept.) I came back the next day to have it wrapped and I informed him when I took a shower I accidentally got part of it wet since it was so close to where my hand and my wrist meet. He looked at it and told me I messed it up again and the part that got wet was going to have to be redone. He then went on to scold me and inform me that he told me not to get it wet at all and I apologized and told him I never intended for it to get wet but I wasn't able to get help showering so I had to use only one hand to shower. He continued telling me I messed it up and then followed up each time by saying "I'm not trying to be a jerk but if I don't talk to you like this you're not gonna take me seriously. Its like talking to a child, you have to be stern with them or else they won't take you seriously." By this point I was crying harder than I did the first time and apologizing to him over and over again. He pat me on the shoulder and told me not to take it personally and that these things happen all the time when people come in because they "fucked up" their tattoos. He then went on to say that "regardless, we still get paid no matter what. It's just a matter of more money coming out of your pocket, but it's fixable." He cleaned up the rose, wrapped it again, and told me to come back three days later. At this point, I knew I wasn't being treated professionally as a customer, and just morally as a person. I had already been charged $300 for the portrait and $200 for the rose (mind you, the original agreement was $500 for a whole sleeve outline). I asked Super since I already spent the $500 we agreed on, if having to redo the portrait would be included with the $500. He told me no and it was going to be an additional $300 to redo, making it a total of $800 just for the portrait and rose on my forearm. I got a second opinion from another artist in Fresno and he informed me that: 1) I was overcharged for the portrait and rose all together. 2) Many artists have had bad days but based off my experience(s), he agreed i was taken advantage of and disrespected by Super's attitude. And 3) My medication can have an affect on the healing process but it wouldn't come out so light because of the way I took care of it and it would've been darker if Super had packed it in darker. It was nice to have validation from another well-known artist, however I felt very belittled and gaslighted by Super. I informed Super that my tattoo was healing well so far but I was not going to continue the rest of the tattoo and sleeve with him. I also explained how I felt during the sessions and how uncomfortable I was with the way he treated me during not just 1, but 3 different interactions with him. I thanked him for his work since he did draw it out and I meant that. His only response was "Wow. Okay that's fine..." I chose Super as my artist of choice for the sleeve because I saw how community-focused he is and his philanthropy/advocacy toward Fresno county. This was not the same person I got a tattoo from though. This person was rude, standoffish, and in my opinion, a little full of himself. I don't disagree that Super is a good artist. That's the whole reason I went with him. I just didn't understand how he could portray himself one way toward the public and have the attitude he did with me multiple times. I felt taken advantage of $$$-wise, belittled, and gaslighted. Super, I hope you continue to spread awareness in the community. However I would not recommend this artist to anyone I know. read more

I called yesterday for pricing and availability for a four letter tattoo (Sideburn tatt) after being turned down soooo many other places, they had IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY!! The old piercer Serena is no longer there. Miranda is the piercer now. I recently got one done by her and she is very pleasant. I love my piercing! Would definitely recommend her. Also Super isn't working there either, which seemed to have been a previous issue for people going to this shop. I have had work done be Hector who's great at communicating with you and the establishment is clean. I plan to get more work done by the other artists there as well. read more

I had went in for a special the shop offered that day. I was tattooed by masonqtattoo. The quality of the tattoo is very shaking, unconnected, and rushed. Even to a point where there's a clear line the was a mess up. Going into the shop was okay help. I ended up having to listen to why I was at fault and the artist I spoke to even went as far to insult the tattoo I have on my hand instead of offering me any real comfort about a tattoo on my body that looks like this. I won't be getting it redone at that shop. Mason has yet to reach out or respond. Have a good day though read more

met up with Super back in late June. from there on he was a cool dude. we kept in contact and talked about the work. my wife and I admire the guys spirit too. not only does he honor those who shall not be forgotten with his many art pieces throughout the central valley but he also keeps his local people happy with his art. bringing ideas to skin. not many can do it well and thenink galleria has it covered. every member of staff I've met has always been friendly and answered my concerns. they've got sanitizer, and continue practicing social distancing so it would be wise to call ahead for an appointment for healths sake. to super and the team, keep it up. good vibes all the time. read more
