Return policy clearly states that online orders are offered free return shipping ... however when you submit a return they charge you the return fee. They will claim you "opted out" of the free return service when you checked out, but there is not "opt out" option. It doesn't exist. They have some cute stuff, but trying to get help or support is nearly impossible. I ordered items back in May, and needed to return some items that didn't fit well. Once they were returned, I was only gifted an instore gift card. We had lots of back and forth conversations about this and that it was frustrating it couldn't go back on my credit card, but alas, I accepted the gift card. I have gone through all my emails and I cannot find anything from them. I don't know what happen to my gift card and it's no longer on my account either. I received both of my items shoved in the smallest bag they could find. The one was fine, but I guess when ordering I picked the wrong size, they didn't even care or try to help fix the problem. They told me I was stuck with it. I emailed them back and told them how upset I was with their customer service and they wouldn't even respond back until I had to go online to the customer email portion. They told me they would pass it along to management, but I am sure I will not here back from them. The colors of the item that I picked the wrong size in also do not look anything like the photo online the colors are more brown and black then rust and black. I ordered a sweater and a jacket, both in size small. I was sent a size small sweater and a medium jacket and reached out to customer service to exchange the jacket for the correct size. Customer service responded by stating that on their end of the order, it was marked as a Small sweater and a Medium jacket. I sent them my confirmation page which clearly indicated both were a size Small. The company had the audacity to say that this was an invalid confirmation email and implied that I had made it up! They also refused to exchange the product and were unwilling to save a size S in the event I chose to return it (on my own cost). It was a faded looking orange/red and looked very cheap. When I went to submit a return I found out that even for full-priced items they do not refund, but ONLY offer store credit. I will NEVER AGAIN shop at a store that has a store credit only policy for returns because there are plenty of online boutiques out there that I can shop at with confidence knowing I won't be stuck with an unwanted purchase, or be required to use a store credit. This is too bad because the other items, incuding a pair of cuffed jeans, I really like. But MOD Boutique has lost a customer due the retun policy. Lesson learned. read more

I lost more than $100 dollars and the seller has failed to address the issue. After making a purchase their platform automatically cancelled the order and created a new order defaulting to an old address (one different from the one I picked at the moment of payment. They don't want to refund nor send the items purchased, and instead had sent me to troubleshoot directly with Meta/Instragram customer service. It has been almost two days and they have failed to resolve the issue. No clarity on how would they proceed. When I called, they were unable to accommodate my request as the top was now out of stock. I asked for a 30% discount and free shipping on another item - DECLINED. I asked for free shipping - DECLINED Sweater that originally cost me $34.29 ended up costing me $63.39. (8.40 - to return, 14.70 lost discount, 6.00 new shipping of equivalent sweater.)
