It is a brushless operation and has a good dryer on your way out. There is an attendant on site during the day if you need any assistance. Vacuum is available at $1.00 for four minutes or $5.00 for twenty minutes. A good car wash is needed in this area as your car can quickly become dirty inside and outside driving through Mountain Roads some of which are gravel.

This place almost wrecked my engine and I will never be going back. I went in for an oil change and…read more2,000 miles later there were metallics found in the fluid. I took it to a proper mechanic immediately and they found debris from the wiring harness being shoved into the oil filter housing. In turn, the debris was sucked into the oil filter and stopped the filter which caused the system not to flow properly. This place should feel ashamed of themselves to have been so lousy at their job. The fact that I had to go to a mechanic and pay $200 for them to tell me that these guys caused the issue is ridiculous. Thank god I took it in because this place could've costed me thousands of dollars to replace my engine. My suggestion is to just go to an actual mechanic in Clemson, SC for even just an oil change since clearly these guys are careless and don't give a shit about the people who come in. They just take your money and say everything's good.

The windshield damage was repaired at no cost to us (they coordinated completely with insurance and I believe they and not my insurance covered it). They picked the car up and returned it. Turnaround was quick. People and business make mistakes. How they respond and try to correct things is important. The owner and new contact person took the type of actions we had hoped for through the whole process. Thank you to those persons.
