I am a 37-year old professional, and I'm embarrassed to say that I never wore quality dress clothes that fit perfectly until I found Anthonio at Moda Domani. Before working with Anthonio, I tried everything - chain stores, other local men's stores, even an internet made-to-measure suit (which was the worst option by far). It's hard to put into words the difference in working with Anthonio, because it's completely unlike any other experience. In our first meeting, Anthonio spent nearly 2 hours with me, uninterrupted, for free, just discussing my clothing needs. He asked detailed questions about my line of work, dress code, basically every question you would expect someone would ask if they really cared that you were dressed appropriately for your professional environment. From there we made a plan that was deliberate and gradual to build my wardrobe. While you might be able to find the same quality of materials that Anthonio offers, I don't think you will be able to match the fit. The shirts, suits, blazers, and trousers I get at Moda Domani fit so well you almost don't realize you are wearing them. Anthonio's attention to detail is also excellent. Tailored shirts have all the little details covered...edge stitching on the sleeves and collars, proper placement of monogramming with just the right color offsets...and on suits - pants that actually have a reasonable taper (not over-tapered as many are today), quality waistband material inside and two buttons plus clasp...you get the point. Anthonio even spends time with you discussing how to appropriately match clothing, what to wear for certain occasions, how to care for your garments so they last, and how to rotate your clothing choices. He works with you in a true collaboration, balancing your taste with his timeless recommendations (Anthonio doesn't push the "fad" of the day, but emphasizes style that is enduring). Whether you are a clothing veteran or a complete novice, you will enjoy working with him. If you are someone who has trouble finding the right fit for clothing, whether pants, dress shirts, etc from regular department stores or otherwise, this is the place for you. I always strugle to find clothing that fits me well and have been to many alteration places, but none of them come close to Moda Domani. The service you receive from this place is first class. Anthonio, the owner, is great. Real tailors are very hard to come by. Anthonio is not only a great tailor but he truly understands how clothing should fit and sit. I had many garments altered at various places, but didn't like the outcomes because the clothing never seemed to look appropriate. Anthonio spent a lot of time explaining why certain clothing I owned/had altered did not fit appropriately. He never rushes anything and was willing to be completely honest regarding some of my clothes. What I mean by this, he did not simply agree to alter and tailor all of my clothing. Instead we went article by article of clothing to determine if it was worth altering and if the final outcome would match what my expectations were. He does not care about simply taking your money for the sake of business. Instead, he takes his job as a tailor seriously and intends to make the final product fit well, look well, and preserve the functionality of the piece of clothing. I'm 50 years old and have shirts, jackets, and pants that actually fit perfectly for the first time in my life. I'm not easy to fit; 18-1/2 neck, 48 jacket to a 34 waist. There are three things that make Moda Domani the highest quality tailoring/custom wear you can find anywhere: knowledge, customer service that is beyond reproach, and impeccable tailoring and custom work. Antonio will spend as much time with each client as the customer desires. Antonio spent no less than three, one-hour long sessions with me before I ever committed to purchasing a garment. Antonio instructed me on things such as the proper length a vest should sit beyond the waistline, how to properly iron shirts, selecting ties that coordinate not only with the shirt and suit but also shoe color choice. He is truly a wealth of knowledge that no "suit salesman" or other custom tailors possess. Lastly his work is simply amazing. Every bit of the suit is functional, down to the surgeon sleeve function jacket buttons. Pic stitching along every seem. His prices are more affordable than many higher-end off the rack suits. Truly, my suits made by Antonio are more comfortable to wear than my casual clothing. THE BEST OF THE BEST. We are new to the area so we did not know what to expect. Went in Moda Domani yesterday with my boyfriend to pick his suit up, not only were the alterations finished early, Anthonio stayed past the time he was supposed to leave for the day just to wait for us!!
