It was very clear that Lexi was extremely experienced and knowledgeable about styling hair. My updo was not only very secure and balanced, but I had NO pain, poking, itchiness, tightness, or soreness. That is a MIRACLE!! I have a very sensitive scalp and often get bumps and cuts. Getting my hair styled can be a painful ordeal. Lexi was extremely gentle and the updo was easy to take out on my own at the end of the night. Lexi saw my vision and made it happen. I had booked appointments for myself and my 3-year-old daughter--a dry style and a kids blowout--because we had a mother/daughter beach photo session scheduled. Unfortunately, due to a poor weather forecast, our photos were rescheduled to the following day. I called to see if it would be possible to move our appointments to Monday, but was told the salon is closed. I then asked if we could switch to other services, like pedicures or waxing, since getting our hair done before a day of swimming (on Monday) would be a complete waste of time and money, not to mention unnecessary heat styling. I was told only hair stylists were available and no alternatives could be offered. I also asked if I could receive a credit for a future appointment and still be charged that day, but this request was denied as well. I understand and respect the need for cancellation policies. However, these were two concurrent 30-minute appointments, and the complete lack of flexibility--even for a long-time, loyal client--was disappointing. I was told there were no exceptions and that I would be charged in full. As someone who has frequented this business for a decade, I would have hoped that loyalty might carry some weight. It feels short-sighted to risk losing a long-standing customer over two 30-minute services. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my perception, and I won't be returning to Cloud 10 in the future.

It's the best place I've been to in Florida for hair color. The prices are high! For my first appointment, I went in for root touch up, to lighten the face frame (Scandi Hairline), and toner or gloss. I ended up also getting full-head balayage and trim. The staff they have washing the hair do a great job - they have comfortable sink set ups and they give you a nice head massage. Kemal wouldn't do a Scandi, but applied lots of balayage highlights to the frame of my face. I've gotten numerous compliments on the color by Kemal and have already booked my next appointment! My second appointment was for a blowout. The technician did a nice job; however, he said it would last until the next morning, but it only lasted a few hours before the wave seemed to melt away. I think the hairspray used was too gentle for my hair.

Nothing like going for a haircut and feeling relaxed knowing that you will leave certainly looking fresher than your arrival.. I've had color several times - mostly fun colors like purple, etc - and it's always been beautiful. My daughter has also been coming here since she was 5 or 6 and they have always been sweet and accomodating with her. She loved going to the "lady salon" instead of the kids' shops and got much better cuts. It's probably more expensive to take her here but the service makes it worth it. It's also a lovely salon that always has a nice, fresh feel and smell.
