I have been going to this pharmacy for awhile as it is nearby my partner's house. It is open all days during the year and it is open early and close late too, which is ideal if you need to get to the pharmacy urgently. Andrew is the owner / pharmacist at this pharmacy and he is always friendly, willing to pass any helpful advice and yes, he knows most customers by name, which is amazing and does show his professionalism and friendliness. It is not a place to get bargain price for your scripts but it is a place to get high quality pharmacy service, with a smile. They are also with National Diabetes Services Scheme so pretty handy if you need any of the services/ supplies. read more

Very disappointed with this pharmacy once it changed owners roughly 1 year ago…read more It used be run by a great pharmacist and it was convenient to have newsagency and lotteries facilities. However, ever since the new owners took over, the service here has been shocking. Specifically from the female pharmacist. She is often rude, impatient and lacks any sense of compassion when serving customers who have come there for her "expert" advice. The rest of the staff are lovely people and most were there with the original owners. By all means, go there for general items but if you need anything pharmaceutical, you will receive better service from National Pharmacies up the road. The staff at Nationals actually want to help you!

The staff were really helpful, and gave me lots of useful information. I drove past trying to find a chemist open late at night, and thankfully, they were still open at 10pm! (I was the last customer) Recommended! read more
