They have known for weeks that she was having surgery and have yet to send over to the surgeon her release papers. Her surgery is scheduled for Monday, June 8th. The offices have been closed since Thursday. She went to see them on Wednesday and was promised after several weeks of "yes, we are sending it over" to "yes we will send it today, Wednesday, June 3rd. Well, we called the surgeon today to verify that they got the release forms and nothing. Not only has this caused undue angst to my friend, but the surgery will also have to be postponed and just imagine the surgeon and his staff - the cost of their valuable time. I am planning on suing them. No excuse. This behavior is unacceptable.

When I asked her about a certain skin condition she didn't try to sell me a product but acknowledged that it was very hard to treat and there was nothing "magic" out there to fix it. So I really trust her recommendations, besides just loving the oil she makes and sells. This IS a tiny shop, but make sure to stop by if it's open. I came in for a pedi right before leaving for a beach vacation. I was embarrassed and it ruined an outfit I was wearing being all my shoes and sandals were completely open toe. It looked ridiculous and should have never happened. So the rest of my vacation I had to walk around that way. I called them from my vacation and told them what had happened and made a appointment for them to fix it when I returned from vacation. Once I arrived to have them re done they were not apologetic at all but laughed saying that their setting dryers weren't charged that day and with the gel it didn't set right that's why they just slide off. What was the joke? I looked like an idiot on my vacation and it's funny? I also asked for flowers on each of my larger toes and the girl couldn't even do a simple flower correctly it was all blended together like a blob. I do not recommend them at all.
