I have been getting hydrafacials here for the past five months with Aqsa and Venera and am confident to review this skincare clinic now. It is located in an office building compound in Reston. There are two treatment rooms and a waiting area + checkout counter. Bathroom is outside the door but is maintained well and clean whenever I am there. They also have some skincare products for sale. The owner Venera is always patient to answer all my questions and concerns I have. Their extractions are top notch and I always leave the clinic with clean pores and glowy skin. I religiously take care of my skin at home so this is a monthly treat. I normally ask for microdermabrasion along with hydrafacial. Price is reasonable if you buy package deal. The only thing I wish they do differently is to cleanse the face with makeup remover gel/lotion of some sort before going straight for hydrafacial device. It seems a lot of people go there for laser hair removal too. I plan to try that one day. read more

UPDATE: Venera called me very concerned after seeing my review, and instantly offered a consultation and complementary facial. I was hesitant at first, but decided to come in and give it another try with a different esthetician (her). I explained that my face never breaks out and I didn't need acne products, I just needed a gentler procedure on my face and she provided just that. She also gave me some samples to take home. She not only suggests in house treatments but also tells you how to care for your skin at home. My 19 yr old daughter suffered with cystic acne during the pandemic and the Dr suggested putting her on medication (ofc Drs would!) I didn't want to go that route and opted for a more natural, holistic way for her. I've had laser hair removal done a number of different times at different places and I'd say this was the best. I got my upper legs done and it didn't hurt (the machine blasts cold air at the same time it pulses, so you barely feel it) but it works really well. After 3-4 treatments I have much less hair on my thighs and my skin feels smoother (even when you shave, part of the hair is still there just under the surface, but after lasering it the whole hair is gone). I don't get red bumps when I shave anymore and it's much quicker and easier to shave. I'm really happy with my experience. read more

Okay so at first I though this place was extremely expensive because I saw so many cheaper places and I thought Laser is Laser. I was very very very wrong. I decided to try Dermapproach because it was my first time doing Laser treatment and since I was doing a full Brazilian I wanted to go to a reputable place. This is an extremely clean clinic with an extremely professional staff and the machine they use is a very high quality machine. How do I know? Because it does not hurt AND I get great results after each session. Throughout the session Venera kept on asking how I was feeling and adjusted the setting so I could get comfortable but even at the highest setting, I was fine. Now after my four session I decided to try a Groupon deal for another place (I don't feel comfortable naming them because I still have three sessions) for 4 sessions for $100 in my underarms, let me just say the lady before me got burned and I was in so much pain the whole time (something to note, I have a very high pain tolerance.)
