Pick a different company for solar. Expect insults if you don't want to do business with them.

The team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive - any questions were answered instantly. Quaility service is ongoing. It does not end with the inital installation. What stood out the most is how strongly they stand by their product. It gave me real confidence knowing they back their work and are committed to customer satisfaction. The installation process was smooth, and everything was handled with care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a reliable solar company that delivers both quality product and outstandfing service, I highly recommend Aneva Solar. ---Janet L - Goodyear AZ

I chose Aneva Solar after receiving multiple bids from several companies, and it was absolutely the…read moreright decision. Their warranty stood out immediately as being far superior to the others, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. What really set them apart was their full-service approach. They handled everything--from HOA approval and permitting to system design--making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Unlike other companies I spoke with that rely heavily on sales reps and subcontractors, Aneva completes all work in-house, which made a big difference to me. The installation team was outstanding--professional, polite, and very respectful of my home. They kept the work area clean throughout the process, and even went the extra mile in small ways (one of the installers even brought cookies for my dogs!). Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. The installation quality, communication, and follow-up have all been excellent. I highly recommend Aneva Solar to anyone considering going solar.

The process has been smooth from the proposal review to getting our battery installed and Eds has been awesome from the start, asking how I preferred to receive updates and the frequency so I stay updated on our project. There was a small hiccup with some crossed wires that happened on a weekend, but the on-call tech, the sales rep, and Eds were great getting everything resolved as quickly as possible. Appreciate the entire Our World Energy team!

Stay away from Our World energy/ Palmetto Solar…read more Our family had a very bad experience with this company and I want to warn other homeowners, especially anyone dealing with door-to-door solar sales. A salesperson from Our World Solar came to our home unsolicited and told us he had reviewed our solar needs and could set us up with a much better system. We later understood that Our World Solar was working with or associated with Palmetto Solar. At the time, we already had solar panels from Titan Solar, although Titan was no longer operating. He promised us that for about $150 per month we would get solar plus a battery and have almost zero SRP bills, with only occasional small utility bills in extreme situations. He also said the battery would power the entire house during SRP peak hours and serve as a backup battery during outages. We were doubtful, but he was extremely pushy. When we hesitated, he acted like we were wasting his time and pressured us into signing a stack of paperwork. He made it sound like we were just moving forward with a roof inspection and would still have time to decide before anything final happened. After the roof inspection, installation was scheduled within about two days. That felt way too fast. I became concerned and told my 80-year-old mother, who owns the home, that this did not feel right. Before installation, I texted the salesperson and told him we did not want to proceed. Instead of respecting that, he got angry, told us we were trying to stop a good thing, and brought up a cancellation fee we had never been clearly told about. He then called me, and the conversation turned into a long heated call where he pressured me for about an hour. We were never given a clear written savings analysis showing that this system would actually save us money the way he claimed. Now for the numbers. Before this deal, our electric-related cost was about $87 per month. After this system was installed, our SRP bill did not meaningfully go down, but now we also owe about $150 per month to the solar company. That brings our monthly total to about $238 per month. That is about $151 more every month than before. I compared the 12 months before and after installation. From Oct. 2024 through Sep. 2025, our total SRP cost was $1,633.68, which averaged $136.14 per month. From Oct. 2025 through Sep. 2026, our SRP cost was $1,596.74, but we also paid $1,200.00 to Palmetto, for a combined total of $2,796.74, which averaged $233.06 per month. That means our total electric-related cost increased by $1,163.06 over 12 months, or about $96.92 more per month because of Palmetto /our world energy. Meanwhile, SRP alone decreased by only $36.94 for the entire year, or about $3.08 per month, which shows that the new solar and battery payment did not produce the promised savings. The battery also does not perform the way it was represented. We were told it would power the entire house during SRP peak hours. In real life, if we keep our house at our normal 78 degrees, the battery dies after about 2 hours during the 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. peak window. Once that happens, the house starts pulling from the grid and we get the exact peak charges we were trying to avoid. To stretch the battery, we now have to raise the AC to about 83 degrees from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. We never had to live this way before. The battery was also sold to us as a backup battery. But during a real nighttime power outage, the battery only had about 20% left and died in less than an hour, so we lost power anyway. That was another promised benefit that did not materialize the way we were led to believe. So to sum this up: we are paying about $151 more per month, our SRP bill did not meaningfully decrease, the battery does not power the house through peak hours unless we make the house much hotter, and it did not provide meaningful backup power during an outage. On top of that, this all started with a high-pressure door-to-door sales pitch and no clear written savings documents. Based on our experience, the promises about savings and battery performance were misleading. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company stay clear, get independent advice first, and do not sign anything unless every promise is clearly in writing. I contacted Them, and did not get a good response; they seemed not to care
