I hope the system works well for the time to come. The reason for 3 stars are 1. Not coming to the house before giving estimate, everything over the phone and on the day of the install they found few problems. We did find a solution but they would charge extra and their expectation is that the extra money should not be a problem in the big picture. Someone needs to tell them that they are taking my money and it doesn't grow on tree 2. the attitude from the people you talk to over phone (not the person coming to setup, he was great) I could say rude but it is something else. It feels like they are doing us a favor by taking our project. My wife brought it up while we were getting estimate but I brushed it off untill I had the experience during payment when I wanted to talk about the extra charge. Update: They did take off the extra charge but did so in a very elegant manner (being sarcastic)

The electrician arrived and diagnosed the issue almost immediately: a switch/breaker in the main panel had simply been left off. He flipped it back on, tested the outlet, and confirmed it was working -- the entire fix took just a few minutes. Despite the simplicity of the issue, I was charged the full $285 minimum. I understand service calls have overhead, but I feel strongly that a charge this significant should be communicated clearly at the time of scheduling, not after the technician has already been to my home and the work is done. Had I known about the $285 minimum in advance, I would have asked more questions or looked elsewhere. I'm not disputing the technician's professionalism. A huge shout out to Jahfear and Noah for their professionalism, being on time and knowledge. This may be one of the best jobs to date done in my home. I love how the company introduces who's coming into your home with a bio and picture dressed as a knight. After they left, I could feel a difference when I walked into my bedroom. Everything is cleaned up before they leave and if there's a mishap, they contact the company immediately. A few stains were left on my front porch but pictures were taken and sent in. In all get a company that takes pride in its work, has knowledgeable employees, won't make you feel as if you were ripped off and specializes in ductwork specifically. After his inspection of our attic and outside the house they gave us a quote on the job. We signed off on it and day of install they could only do 1/2 the job because they didn't have enough room on the flat roof side of the house. They offered a different solution for that side of the house but wanted to charge me an additional 2-3k which I thought was crazy considering they messed up and should have know from the initial consult. Then I asked how much for the one side of my house they already completed and they quoted me 2/3 the entire quote which was nuts. We settled after some back and forth at 1/2 the quote for doing 1 of my 2 AC units and ducting. The product is great and the installers were friendly and professional. Do better from the beginning with setting proper expectations and you guys might be successful out here instead of making promises you can't keep.
