My wife and I spent a few minutes looking at beds and her hair scrunchy fell off her wrist at some point during this. After we had been walking through the rest of the row for a solid 30 minutes, we returned to the car and noticed it was missing. When I walked back into the Denver Mattress to look for the hair tie, someone had tore it apart and discarded it on the lower shelf of a bedside table. We were the only customers in the entire row for a majority of the time and there were no children present. I don't have actual proof that it was employees who did this, but it is highly likely given the circumstances. The loss was small and didn't have any sentimental value, but the actions taken were rude and unusual. They knew we were still in the store and instead of returning it or even throwing it away, they chose to rip it apart.

The furniture delivery guys were awesome. They placed the furniture in our home exactly where we wanted and were careful not to damage our walls or door frame. And I was very happy with all the furniture I received. I know Ashley has lower-end furniture but if you want quality stuff, I recommend just reading the reviews online and asking for Devin's feedback. He will let you know what will last and what won't and is awesome to work with. In our primary home, we have a lot of Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn, the Ashley furniture is almost the same quality.
