The layout is simple and effective: four cabins run forty minute yoga, Pilates, and stretch classes on a rotating schedule, while two bike cabins, a rower cabin, and a cycle elliptical cabin deliver fifteen minute HIIT blasts. Off peak I am usually in a booth alone. Booking by app takes seconds and the calorie tracker is automatic. Hit twenty seven thousand calories in ninety days and you score store credit that can cover a big chunk of the fifty nine dollar membership. Extras seal the deal. The owners greet you by name, the private showers feel like a boutique spa, and the studio is open twenty four hours. I have dropped weight, gained energy, and finally found a sauna I can trust. I've never felt that way about working out before! The coaches are very nice, supportive, and knowledgeable. Having a coach who oversees your workout makes you feel confident in what you're doing. Christina comes from a personal training background, and in my opinion, that helps a lot with new people. I was afraid I was going to be intimidated by the high intensity workouts, but not at all. Between the excellent training and cool people, it has really been a great experience, and I totally understand how people become addicted. Every workout is different and set up in a very functional way. They always include a warm up, work out, and sometimes extra credit. Difficulty levels vary but it works for everyone! The coaches are very genuine. They truly want to motivate and push you. They are there to guide you and help you through the struggles. They analyze members goals and track achievements. And the athletes are very welcoming. There's a great sense of community and team work. There is an interactive app used to track scores and workouts, you can also view the other members results.
