That does not happen here. Kim makes sure your nails look amazing every time! She pays great attention to detail and is also super friendly. Her and Winnie treat my daughter as if she's a queen LOL. They do her toes and nails and put such pretty designs and make her feel special. They also give her muffins and snacks each time. Then proceed to tell me to never come back, which is a perfect idea, but thanks for the suggestion. Don't waste your time making an appointment. Second time I've gone, made an appointment and was left sitting. No explanation just they'd be right with me. Got my pedicure, it was great. He tried to check me out and was told I was getting another service. Was asked to sit and explained what I wanted and I was brought the colors again even though I told her what I wanted. Then I sat again, for 10 minutes before I left. I paid and told them I wouldn't be staying because I had a lot to do today. When I left I called and talked to the owner explaining my frustration only to be told there's only 3 people there that do builder gel. Ok. How does that affect my SCHEDULED SERVICE. It's not like I walked in, then I expect a wait. Horrible, at least to me. It seemed like everyone else was very welcomed and had a nice experience. I guess I'll try another place. I've lived here since September and have not found a place that I feel like really cares and that's disappointing. Maybe I'll learn to do them for myself.

I only get gel because my nails are pretty long and it usually lasts 4 weeks (photo is at 3.5 weeks), I have no experience getting a full set here but I only got a pedi once and won't get a pedi there again (they don't have the plastic one time use covers and that grosses me out). It's by appointment only because it's only a husband and wife so be patient. Their customer service is great and they will remember you if you are loyal.
