A young blonde woman at the counter was very helpful and kindly reprinted them on ivory paper, which looked much better. I really appreciated her attentiveness and willingness to fix the issue. Bridal Shower Menus (25 count): I had also ordered a stack of menus via Canva to be printed at FedEx. It appears someone at a FedEx location in Chicago may have printed them on the wrong paper, as I had placed a similar order the week before for my rehearsal dinner and had no issues. The Sarasota team offered to reprint them on ivory paper if I adjusted the size slightly, which I did. I emailed the new version on Friday night, and they had it ready by Saturday morning. My biggest concern was the lack of communication and continuity between staff members. I had to go into the store in person just to confirm when my order would be printed, as I wasn't getting updates.
