One of the railings needa to be installed on tile. The estimater failed to tell me that installs into tile is strictly prohibited. I didnt find this out until the installer arrived. Now I have to find someone to install another company's work. I called THREE times to discuss this. I travel a lot for work, so when I got brushed off for the third time, I asked for a ohone call rather than an email. What did I get? Not a phone call, but an email with a pitiful offer of a refund with the statement they don't charge for installs. If that truly is the case, the product is overpriced. I love the railings. They are exactly what I want. I just haven't appreciated the experience. The lack of communication, and the incredible lack of customer service.

After less than five years, it is rusting, peeling and some of the posts are actually disintegrating. Their response is that they only warranty for one year and I can pay them if I want them fixed.....BUT I have to figure my own way to have them removed from my home and get them there AFTER I have someone else sandblast them. It's a terrible product by a company that treats customers poorly. Buyer beware!!!
