They came out to fix it, but weren't able to fix the zones for all programs; only 1 zone for program A and 1 zone for program B; program C still not able to use the zones. This seemed satisfactory to them, but I use all programs for different watering times. Finally, after they came out to "fix" the panel, pipes in 2 other zones broke. I don't know if it's coincidence, but it seems like everything they touch breaks. I asked why the pipes burst since they were fine prior to any of this work. Was told that it was because the lines weren't blown out last fall. That's not true--I had them blown out last fall. Very disappointing experience.

Nick Topinka (Sales Manager) came to my house to look at what we wanted. I was VERY CLEAR about the fact that we wanted 2-rail fencing to match the existing 2-rail railing that was installed on the front porch when we bought the house. You would THINK that shouldn't be an issue, given the fact that Lowe's offers plenty of 2-rail fencing, plus 2-rail gates in the sizes we need, etc. But when the quote came back, not only did Nick try to ram-rod me into buying fencing with a different design, but he also missed significant aspects of what we talked about in the design. He also advised me that he doesn't generally get his materials from Lowe's, which came as a bit of a surprise since they referred me to him. Wish I would have looked at the other reviews here before even attempting to work with this guy, but I trusted Lowe's to be putting me in touch with someone who does quality work, not half-azz crap.
