If I'm ever shopping and just want to hit with a gift, I will go and get something from either of the shops. They both have items that are unique and high-quality. Definitely on the pricey side, but so worth it. For Easter, my son just gave me a beautiful, high quality, cream colored sweater with bright oranges all over it and a quilted handbag that had orange, yellow and green colors. Both were from this . Looks super cute with blue jeans for the spring. We recently lost a really cool store in downtown Redlands called, Mozarts, who had high-end unique gifts. The store closed down when the owner passed away. I would have to say that now KISSUI and KISSUI KITH are now among my favorite boutique stores in the downtown Redlands area. A great place to get gifts for others or for yourself.

I picked up a cute onesie for my daughter that she's worn so many times, it's held up beautifully through washes and playtime. One of my favorite touches was the play area -- there were dolls and a little shopping cart that kept my daughter entertained while I browsed. The space felt so inviting and family-friendly, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. I'm really glad we stopped by, Kissui is exactly the kind of local gem I love supporting

My husband and I recently stopped in and found a basically brand new pack n play system for a great price. They helped us break it down and they even had the carrying case for it! Love that you can set up an appointment to swap what you have for store credit. This is a great option for families since babies grow out of things so quickly. Absolutely love the sustainability aspect.

The dress still wasn't cut short enough, and the hem was uneven, so I was tripping over it all night. Yes, I brought the shoes I planned to wear, so she knew exactly where the dress needed to be hemmed. While the sides were taken in decently, she failed to properly adjust the rest of the dress afterward. She also left marks on the material and never mentioned it when I brought it up. I spoke with another alterations place afterward, and they told me the issues should have been addressed and would have been an easy fix. Unfortunately, by the time I found out, I was out of time because of how long this place took for such poor-quality work. To make things even more uncomfortable, when I picked up the dress, she casually mentioned that she had almost ruined it on two separate occasions. That's not something you want to hear after paying for alterations. I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else.

On the outside window, it had what I thought at first was "I Love IE". Love was represented with a heart instead of the word. There was a cute heart-like logo that came with it. She said it is "1 Love IE" where IE stands for Inland Empire. I asked about the story behind this shop. I love to hear about entrepreneurs or local business owners and their humble beginnings. The lady was kind to share a little about it. She was super friendly and helpful in every way. Thank you so much miss! This shop is very clean and organized. I was fascinated by the full wall of baseball-like hats with many different colors and designs on them. I didn't get a chance to take a closer look at the hats as I was in a rush to get the donuts and then have lunch with my dear Yelpie friends who have become extended family members (you know who you are). I'll have to return and check the hats out in more detail. Anyway, I ended up buying two cute women's T-shirts. Quality is good. Prices are reasonable for its unique brand. I really wanted to like this place but ya I'll never go back one it looks like a yard sale out front second the sign says buy sell trade so I went in trying to sell a couple things figured I get maybe $5 bucks but whatever just wanted to get rid of the stuff and by stuff Im talking about a stroller and a car seat so I figured they would buy it and then sell it and make a profit once agian their sign says but sell trade. So upon asking if they wanna buy the items the man working there was so rude he told they don't do that and then looked back down at his phone and ignored me! RUDE! I saw another review where someone was treated badly and I would have to agree 100 percent! The guy comes off like a complete jerk and seems mad to be working there. I will not be coming back. I find it hard to believe that you were never greeted when coming in to our store, As I greet everyone who walks in. I may have been on my phone as I do a lot of social media postings for the store during business hours. I also let everyone of my customers know about sales we are having and to ask if I can be of any help. I think they have great costumer service. My husband bought a car seat about 4 months before my due date. It is brand new, original tags, but somehow he didn't notice the base was missing. We didn't notice until it came time to get the car packed and ready for the baby. I called them about the problem and hoped to exchange it or get store credit. When I brought the car seat into the store the owner found a matching base for me and he was very polite about resolving the problem. I do wish there were more boys clothes available, but that's pretty typical with second hand children stores. The prices are very reasonable for clothing especially. read more

I love this store and so does my daughter-in-law. Both of us having always been treated very well by the husband and wife who own it. Just today I bought a kitchen set there and even though he was by himself and other customers were in the store he carried it out to my car for me. I've always found both him and his wife to be very friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable and the items are all in good to excellent condition. I like to that when my granddaughter is with me they let her play with the toys. Keep up the good work! It's very nice to have you here in town! read more

Not quite sure why the day I left my review has anything to do with my horrible experience at your store, I didn't realize you were only allowed to leave reviews the day you visited a place. My bad! And as far as you being on the phone it had nothing to do with social media you were on a personal phone call, you didn't even acknowledge the fact we were in the store. Hands down best resale store in the area! Not only is the merchandise in great condition and amazingly priced, but the owners are awesome!! I have been here multiple times and every time I am greeted asked if I need help and treated like a VIP. The store is organized nicely with lots of options. Their stock changes from day to day and I am always able to find great deals and super cute clothes and shoes. They also have larger items from sand boxes to tricycles. I love this store and I will continue to support such an awesome establishment!! read more

Yes they have a huge selection but everything is so over priced, if you spend a couple bucks more you can get what your looking for brand new! Trust me! I've compared their prices to stores like Target and Babies R Us and 90% of the time it makes more sense to just buy what your looking for brand new. I also liked that it's ran by someone who served in our military, which as a military spouse myself I will continue to support.
