I got charged incorrectly twice and I needed three associates to help correct one members mistake because he did not apply a discount that I informed in prior to him ringing me up. I just had the best shopping experience at the Old Navy in Redlands thanks to Jordan (and the manager whose name I didn't catch)--you two were fantastic! Jordan took the time to walk me through getting the "Super Cash" deal (you know, that awesome percent-off coupon), even though the line was pretty long. I really appreciated their kindness and patience. They were friendly, upbeat, and made sure I understood all the details so I got the full benefit of the deal. Plenty of parking available in the front. I went here to pick up some clothes that I ordered online. You have to wait in line as well with the other customers to pick up your online order. Average wait as to be expected. The items I purchased were okay but, in the future, I may have my family try on the clothes first before buying them. The clothes were on sale, but the quality wasn't as good as I anticipated. As that saying goes, you get what you pay for. read more

I am not surprised about the poor ratings of this store. I was hired by Banana Republic in January of 2004. Management in those days was much more professional, customer friendly, and nice to employees. I transferred to Gap in 2010 and was in leadership for a number of years. I've seen people with disabilities and elderly employees treated badly. I am also disabled, nearly homeless, and willing to travel 1 1/2 hours each way because the Banana in Palm Desert closed. I filled out the information on the application but didn't attach a resume. I also interrupted the assistant manager a few times. He shouted at me and told me how rude and unprofessional I was. I was dumbfounded and didn't speak anymore except to say goodbye. If he treats employees and customers like he treated me in 2 or 3 five minute conversations, he won't last long if there's any justice (and past experience shows me the truth always wins out). I'm happy I advocated for others, I'm becoming one of those "older people" at 56! read more

Getting there: This location is in Mountain Grove, behind Citrus Plaza in Redlands. There is tons of parking in the lot, but it gets crowded in the spots right in front. I would park off to the side to avoid traffic when trying to leave. Experience: I LOVE Old Navy in general, but I particularly like this location because it's always clean every time I go in, and the staff are always friendly. Their jeans are great quality and fit me perfectly, even after I wash them. I needed some new jeans because AE jeans just aren't it for me anymore. I probably tried on 12 pairs of jeans. The lady in the dressing room didn't hassle me at all. Each time directed me to an open stall. I left with 3 pairs of new jeans that I love! read more

I searched high and low for plus size clothes for xmas; low and behold my search was over when I walked into Old Navy in Redlands. I was absolutely astounded when I can look through clothes from an xsmall all the way to a 4X for the same shirt or jacket. That's crazy! I appreciate how size inclusive they are. I created this yelp account just to leave this feedback. I bought a pair of pants from here on 4/28/22. I wore them twice, and noticed one of the seams had come undone and there was a hole, just the second time I'd worn them. I had owned them for 10 days. I brought them back to the store with the original receipt today (12 days after purchase) and asked if I could do an exchange for the same pair. The woman behind the counter said i couldn't exchange them if the tags had been removed. What? She looked at me like an alien when I repeated that I had worn them twice so of course I had removed the tags.... but i did have the receipt. She refused to let me exchange them and said she needed tags to pull them up in the inventory again. I wouldn't shop here again. Most stores would honor the fact that they clearly sold a defective item, and let you grab another pair. Really annoying, and I won't be shopping here again in the future. With inclement weather I decided that I would shop from home. Old Navy had a fabulous sale! Everything half price at checkout. I chose in store pickup as "Porch Pirates"are everywhere! (As a side note, Amazon still has refunded my money for the "delivered" non received gift byme". Got all the grandkids pajamas ordered and paid for at half price and secure in the Old Navy store in Redlands California, Mountain Grove Shopping Plaza! Imagine my panic to receive a email stating my package with one pair of pajamas.. shipped UPS for $28.00 ( that was the shipping fee) the pajamas only cost $5.00!!!!!! I called Old Navy's customer service, spoke with "Valerie". What a sweet, professional voice on the other end of my panicked phone call. My order was large, she traced each ordered item, waived the shipping fee and explained how in store delivery works. THE WEBSITE DOES NOT STATE THAT YOU MUST ENTER THE STORE YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED TO ON EACH ORDER. I thought once I entered it I was good to go.... nope.Which she laughed about stating the corporate office should also post a "how to" section. Valerie was the calming voice of reason, reassuring me that other than 1 item all of my order is at the store . VALERIE. You are a professional, an asset to Old Navy!!! Thank you Update.. I love Old Navy but this location is killing it for me. Shelves are bare, store is always a mess, and I've had "pick-up in store" orders cancelled on me twice now. It's not for a lack of workers, I'm always seeing people standing around talking or pretending to re-fold the same shirt over and over again while avoiding eye contact with the customers. It seems like there is just a lack of supervision and management. Most recently, I was standing in the "pick-up in store" line while the cashiers at the registers were just staring at me and continued to ignore me while they called the next purchase up to their register. So, the person I was with went and stood in the purchase line for me (that was wrapped around the store) until they reached the front. I went and met up with them at the register and told the cashier I was picking up an order and she said "that line is over there" and almost sent me back!! Then the supervisor came and was berating the cashier very loudly and arguing with her instead of just looking for my order. 45 minutes from the time I walked in until they picked a bag off the shelf and handed it to me. I do most of my shopping online now, but sometimes you just need to see it in person before buying, and returning items you purchased online is not the easiest. I'll make the drive to Rancho before coming here again. read more

I got rang up but the cashier (3190677) did not ask for my bright rewards number. I asked her if she didn't want to enter it. I was about to enter it into the keypad but she just probably skipped it. Then she asks "oh did you want to enter it?" I thought that was the point of signing up-- for points, returns etc. She then asked for my email for the "receipt". I looked closely on the little monitor to "confirm" my email. She was signing me up to get promotional emails. It was not even for the receipt. How deceiving. A friend of mine doesn't have Old Navy in her country (but does have The Gap). She was super excited that there was a store in the area when she visited. She had just arrived from visiting friends up north and couldn't find certain styles in her size/color. When we went this past week, she was beyond thrilled that not only did she find items in her size/color, but they were having a huge sale, as well. Thoroughly disappointed with the organization of this store! Items of merchandise so high on the wall you can't access any of them! And it is difficult to find someone to do it for you. For sale signs are commingled with the regular price merchandise, making it exceedingly difficult to know what is on sale and what is not. Associates are helpful enough, but they often did not know the true prices of the merchandise nor any of the specs. There was obviously some sort of credit card sign up contest being held amongst the employees as we overheard many of them talking about it, and were approached by a number of them as well. I don't mind waiting in a line occasionally, it's a necessary evil and I won't hold lines against a business or its employees. However, tonight add I waited in line here I watched as they began bringing people up to the front of the line, skipping. What was the criteria? "Do you have an Old Navy credit card? I went today I was so happy the fitting rooms were open! It's so frustrating not being able to try on clothes because of the corona virus. I really needed an outfit for a special occasion. I had been to several stores before old navy and I need to try stuff on just by looking at it I don't if it's going to fit. Every place I went the fitting rooms were closed. Some places aren't taking returns in store which makes shopping right now more frustrating. The fitting rooms were being sanitized after each person.The clothes you didn't want were put into a big plastic bin.The associate were sanitizing the hangars. Fitting rooms were nice and clean. I love the clothes, there is always something on sale if you don't have something specific in mind. There are clothes that fit me and in my size every time that don't disintegrate after a couple of washes. The store itself is well stocked (the times I have gone) and the staff is helpful and pleasant. I have had to wait in lines because they are always busy, but the lines move fairly well. read more

I feel like I need to post in regards to the experience my mom and I just had today at the Redlands CA Mountain Grove Old Navy. We got there around opening time and the store was a mess, hangers were tangled all throughout the store. The main reason for my post was the extremely rude register girl, Katrina! I had asked how long the supper cash was good for, she gave me a dirty look and asked what is that?! I'm sorry if I didn't have the correct first word but style cash and supper cash are pretty darn close to one another. She was so short and rude with my mom who was the one checking out. Both my mom and I spend 100$ a month at this location and based on our experience today, I will reconsider shopping at this store or even company again. I was a DM of a retail company for seven years and if one of my staff members acted this way, they would not be working on the sales floor at all. read more

I like going to old navy to shop for my toddler since they have the cutest selection of clothes for toddlers! Every time I go there is always an associate there. She's a small girl and I believe her name is Daniela? She is so helpful, I've encountered her many times and her service is great. Whenever they don't have an item she goes ahead and suggests different options. I have never gone to a store where a sales associate pays that much attention to detail. It's good to know that she remembers a regular customer. Any question I have she answers it efficiently. Another thing to point out is that their signs for their sales are difficult to read sometimes. read more

I never come to this location but the one time I do I happen to get two different employees to help me the first employee there was young female, short, blonde hair I can't remember her name all I remember was she was no help at all she didn't have no time to help me look for anything but then as I was walking around a young man around 17 or 18 he looks young he's sweet I believe his name was Isaiah or issac he was such a great help he is the reason why I even spent my money there after all and the reason why I am now posting a review because his soul was so generous he made sure I left there with a smile he made sure I got the right size he doubled check to see if they had another size for me he helped me pick out the cutest and most perfect outfit for my son and really you don't find many people now a days that have great customer service skills he was the one actually working by the front door and greeted me as I walked in despite how busy they were this weekend I am so grateful i decided to spend my money wisely because after the first employee I put all my things down and was getting ready to walk out so if any of you shop there make sure you guys really keep a look out for him he's not the only one that asked if I was finding everything ok but he was the only one to take the time to help me. read more
