On the flip side though,the staff definitely try to accommodate you as much as possible... For instance, I lost my card, well someone picked it up, and the lady who worked there went as far as to have the owner review the cameras when he came in... Luckily after asking around the guy returned it before having to go through all of that 1st... Overall I do feel safe there, but could there be a few adjustments, by all means... Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff - Terrible Experience…read moreI had a terrible experience at this laundromat due to unprofessional and outright disrespectful behavior from the staff. One of the washing machines stopped working mid-wash, and when I informed an employee, I was told, "Unfortunately, we can't give you a refund - that's our policy." I expressed my concern, asking how it's acceptable for a machine to fail and for the business to not take responsibility. She said she'd tell the manager and walked away. While I was explaining the situation to my mother, the employee interrupted and rudely said, "Are you going to continue to talk sht?"* I was shocked, as I had not said anything offensive. I told her I wasn't even speaking to her. Instead of de-escalating the situation, the "manager" joined in and said, "Since you were rude, I want you to take your sht and leave."* We were forced to leave with soaking wet clothes -- including laundry still inside other washers that had not finished their cycles. While waiting, the two employees repeatedly made rude comments, walked past us giving dirty looks, and even told us to leave while our washers were clearly still running. Shockingly, they also walked outside and started taking pictures of our vehicles. When I took a photo of the so-called manager in return, she responded by giving me the middle finger -- incredibly unprofessional behavior. It seems this is a pattern at this location, as another customer before me had a similar issue with a broken machine and was told the same thing: no refund, no help. I would highly recommend avoiding this laundromat. Machines malfunction and there is zero accountability. Worse, the staff is aggressive, disrespectful, and clearly not trained in customer service or conflict resolution.

When washing, there was no water in the machine. The attendant told me that's how the machines work. The water absorbs into the blankets. While I understand that a certain amount of the water will absorb into the blanket, there should be a residual amount of the water that is just inside the machine and there was none. When the spin cycle started you would expect that the water absorb into the blankets would be extracted and you would see the water come out but during the spin cycle there was barely any water extracted which means that there was only enough water released from the washing machine to dampen the blankets. I asked the attendant for a refund and she told me she could not. I asked for the number of the owner and she gave me a number that doesn't work. It goes straight to voicemail and hangs up without allowing you to leave a message. I asked her when an owner would be in for me to talk to and she told me she didn't know. Do not go to this laundromat because they are only trying to save themselves money so you will be charged to partially clean your clothes if at all.
