Since previous owners sold this laundromat, it has went downhill fast. It is dirty, not well kept, roaches coming out of washers 27 and 28 in the back of laundromat. They also keep piled up clothes in back. This will breed any bug!! read more

We came here and the machine started spilling water, even when closed properly. We seen other machines with water all over the floor. Called the Number on the wall, owner simply didnt care said we didnt close it right, EVEN when other machines clearly have the same issues. Owner continued to not care, even when we asked for reimbursement and even asked if someone can come out. DONT GO HERE, consistently smells like must. The owner is a clown. I was using a washing machine that malfunctioned and I was unable to retrieve my laundry. I called the numbers posted and got the run around for more than an hour. The place is dirty, too. They should be out of business. read more

Messy, dirty, washers were very dirty. Don't know why anyone would go here. Expensive and half the washers didn't work.

I don't understand how anyone can rate this less than 5 stars. I came here for my first time and traveled from Crestwood because of the reviews. I got here on a Saturday morning around 9am. There were about 3-5 others here and PLENTY of open machines. I did not capture all machines out of privacy of others. All machines were clean and worked very well. No mold or residue in sight. There is a free cash for quarter exchange machine. There are employees on site constantly cleaning. They have a drop off laundry option and do it for you for a reasonable price per pound. They even offer pick up and drop off from home. They have a spot to buy detergent and bleach if you forget yours. There is a claw machine with stuffed animals to keep kids busy should you need to bring them. There is a clean bathroom in back of building. Plenty of seating if you decide to wait with t.vs that have sound. Next door is a convenience store if you should need snacks or a drink. The machines offered are Single load (8-10lbs), Double load (18-22lbs, (Triple Load 30-35lbs) and a Big load machine for (50-60lb) loads. Owner greeted me and was very professional. I will make this my new laundromat if my machines ever go down again. read more

They charge 50 cents a hanger. Orland laundry charges a dime a hanger.....this place sucks

I drove 30 minutes away from my neighborhood to wash my blankets, sheets, & pillows. I was skeptical about trying a new laundromat, especially so late in the afternoon since it's usually the busiest and most obnoxious times. Except this place is the CLEANEST, most quiet & cost efficient laundromat I've ever been too! There was no wait to use a Mega Loader, still no wait to use a dryer, there's no homeless or drunks, NO ROACHES, no machine problems. This place is great to do what you got to do in peace & quiet & then leave. What a hidden gem! read more

Very clean laundromat. Many washers and dryers in various sizes to get small loads to extra large loads clean. Adequate space to fold clothes. Various seats in different locations in the laundromat to sit and relax while waiting on your clothes. There is even a cleaning service. If You forgot your detergent or anything they have machines to dispense anything you need of course there is a cost. There's a change machine. Entertainment, television video games for yourself and children if they come with you. Of course I would highly recommend not bringing young children. It's ok though. People are trying to get their families laundry clean. With dryers opening and closing, washers opening and closing, that's an accident waiting to happen. The laundromat is in a really good location because you have parks nearby to walk around and there are restaurants, convenience stores, candy store, if you get hungry. Last but not least if you have an issue with a machine you are using the owner or staff will assist immediately. Even if noone is there. read more

My dryer broke. My husband can fix anything. So he takes the dryer apart in the kitchen and ordered the parts we needed. So I usually do 7 loads every 5 days. First trip was about $40-$45.00. (l brought my own laundry detergent). Then part comes in, dryer taken apart in again kitchen. 2nd trip to laundry mat. He realizes they forgot a part. 3rd and final day of laundry. Lots of Quarters$$$$. Finally my dryer is working fine. During Covid, I looked up laundry mats near me. This was the only 5 Star laundry . It was very clean. There was usually someone there to help you if needed. Besides being expensive, it was a very clean laundry mat. read more

Really clean and nice. I feel safe doing laundry alone there. This makes going to the laundry mat a lot more bearable for me. There's a tv in there too. I just read or play on my phone. Change machine is in there also. read more

Very clean and friendly environment! I was traveling for business and needed to do some laundry. At home I'm a serial washer because I live to take care of my clothes. I don't like to have dirty clothes longer than 2-3 days because stains and Oder start to settle. So I set out to find a laundromat. I went to two other laundromats prior to finding VIP and I walked out because they were unsanitary and old. So when I found VIP I was so relieved that I had found a laundromat that was clean! Majority of the washers are new and well maintained...that was a plus for me. The staff/owner paid attention to details and his customers. He was mopping and cleaning out detergent trays...nice! He opens the compartments so they can air dry when they aren't being used to prevent mold/mildew...smart!! I lost a sock while transferring my clothes from the washer to the dryer. When I noticed a sock missing I asked him if he had found a sock...and he did! I was so happy because I only packed two pairs of socks. I was so relieved he found it and didn't just throw it away. If I had to recommend a laundromat, my only suggestion would be VIP. If you have to drive a little further, take the drive...it's worth it trust me! read more

Had to take the ginormous King comforter to the laundromat as it will not fit in the washer and dryer at home. Their place is clean and everything runs great. Maintenance guy is a gem of a human being and really helpful given that this was not my forte. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Great equipment. Reasonable prices. read more

It's a pretty basic laundromat. The machines were clean, numerous, and functional. I didn't have any issues while I was there. I'd advise people to go early in the morning if they have a lot to do since the machines seem to get occupied quickly. I was there around 7am, and done before 10. This is by far one of the cleanest laundry facilities I have been to. The washing machines were clean, there was no mold/mildew or detergent buildup in the detergent compartments. This facility is not close to where I live but it was worth the trip here and I will definitely be back. Well done to the owners for running such a clean laundry facility. read more

I have been using this laundromat for many years and have had many comforters washed there. Today I brought one in and when I took it out of the bag it did not smell fresh and clean like usual. Also the wrinkles from when I bought it were still in it. I am very upset. I tried leaving 2 messages but I have not gotten an answer. I feel they should rehash it for free. Not sure how the person who gave this place one star failed to read the sign saying they close at eight pm. This place is clean with all the amenities you expect in a laundry mat.
