On the flip side though,the staff definitely try to accommodate you as much as possible... Luckily after asking around the guy returned it before having to go through all of that 1st... Overall I do feel safe there, but could there be a few adjustments, by all means... I spent $40 here on 8 loads of laundry, for that price you'd think they could at LEAST sweep the floors or restock their vending machine? The water inside of it is so old is completely collapsed! Place does the job, obviously, but definitely not worth the pricing. Also they use a card reader, so make sure you bring change, because if you don't the machine doesn't give change back.

Then he lost some items after he specifically went over what he would do with the items. I picked up the items to return to the homeowner and items were missing the exact same items we discussed. After text back and forth, he said he would pay for the items after 2 bounced checks and dodging phone calls and text messages. I have been trying to work with this business, and he has grossly failed at communication and repayment resulting in legal action. all he had to do was answer the phone and communicate. To this day he still is not communicating empty promises don't solve anything!!

Decent prices compared to other laundromats in the area, but half the machines don't work. I use…read morethe PayRange app to pay for the machines, since it's easier than carrying change, but unfortunately it can be hard to get a working machine that shows up on the app. I believe only 2-3 dryers show up on the app, even though there are tons of dryers in there. So if someone else is using those dryers, I'm SOL. I'll probably continue doing my laundry there, but I wish they'd get the washers and dryers working and showing up on the PayRange app!

It's always dusty inside, the fake plants on the top of the walls are caked in a thick layer of dust. The top-loading machines are almost never working now, and lot of the front-loading machines are out of order too. Several of the dryers don't work either. I liked when I could pay just one quarter for 15 min of dry time because sometimes that was all i needed, now its 75c for 30ish min. Also, the vending machine for drinks doesn't work, the snack vending machine always gets food stuck and no one has the key for it so you're sol if that happens. The owner flat out refused to turn on the AC when it was over 90 degrees outside. The employee that works there is a total sweetheart though, she deserves better.

He really went above and beyond to help me and my son with the washing and drying process. We had to call on him a few times lol. With his help, we will be smooth sailing next time. We have about a month of no washer/dryer access as my basement is being renovated. I plan to come here during this time. It looked and felt clean and the people too!
