Being a mom and pop kind of shop, we believed them. A bunch of things started going wrong with the camper about halfway through the summer, all of which we understood because it was an older Jayco model. However at the end of July the lift system broke, and when we opened the cupboard up where the one life arm lies we found an extremely mangled mess of steel. It was a problem bag had been happening slowly for years and did not happen overnight. Thankfully we are handy, so we fixed it ourselves for under $100, but it put us out almost a month in our tent, and tons of frustration. Had we not fixed it ourselves it would have cost $1000 or more from a professional. It is unfortunate we cannot trust even a ma and pop shop anymore. We paid them $2000 for a piece of junk that NOBODY looked over, or at least not very thoroughly, and were stranded in the middle of Montana for a month. Very disappointed. If you buy from here THOROUGHLY CHECK IT YOURSELF. Especially the lift system...why this wasn't checked on ours is beyond me. Additionally, we found out later in the summer that one of the tires was the wrong size and had caused it to be worn bare in one area, which then needed replaced. I bought my home with tons of upgrades and some things needed to be changed. RODNEY was no help and acted as if I built the home and he had nothing to do with anything regarding the house. Tried my very best to explain what was wrong with the house and he raised his voice to me. He's going on telling me how long he's worked for Pine Grove, who cares! It seems he doesn't like working there or he needs to get out of customer service.
