The studio is larger to fit many students with proper staggered spacing. They offer hot yoga as well as many other practice types. Cleaning products are provided along with practice blocks if you want to use them. Merchandise is available up front near the storage cubbies you can use before and after your practice. It was an amazing feeling. I walked in all tense and stressed and left with joy happiness and peace! Right now they are having a new student special for unlimited drop ins for 40 bucks for 30 days. Always an awesome experience. I have been practicing hot yoga here for a year now. I always feel comfortable in this friendly atmosphere and also feel very satisfied after my workout. The owners are a married couple, and they are so friendly and show genuine interest in what they do and make sure others enjoy it as well! Excellent class variety and instructors. I prefer the hot power yoga class and have been attending for three months now. I originally wanted to try yoga again because of a nagging lower back pain that wouldn't go away. I opted for the beginner package- 1 month of unlimited yoga. I tried going for at least 3 times a week for hot power yoga. My lower back pain dissolved after one month and now I'm a regular! I've been doing "regular" yoga for twenty years, and every time I've given hot yoga *another* chance, I've hated it beyond belief. Awesome "Hot" Yoga studio! I was in the area for the RNC convention and wanted to do yoga while away from home. Most of the studios were in Downtown CLE but we were near the airport. Really liked this place - it's new and clean! Very spacious studio, sells yoga clothing (picked up a pair of the Alo Yoga Moto leggings), yoga mats and yoga towels. They have a great practice and gives you a good sweat! Loved the cool towels that smelled of lavender after a hot yoga class. Definitely will be coming here on the regular. I have been patiently waiting for a good, legitimate hot yoga studio to open around the Strongsville area and I cannot speak highly enough of this place! The studio is spacious and each of the instructors I had was a true "yogi" that taught a challenging, yet fun and moving class. The heat/steam is such an amazing added benefit and you will feel WONDERUFL afterwards! As others have mentioned, the frozen lavender towels they place on you at the end are enough to keep you coming back for more:) Great selection of workout and yoga apparel and the owners are super nice! I started hot yoga in 2011 when I lived in Texas and I fell in love with it. It quickly became my "therapy". Fast forward five years and a move back to the Cleveland area and I was juggling lots of new responsibilities and the nearest hot studio was about 40 minutes away. So 80 minutes for a commute plus an hour or more for the class? It wasn't going to happen on a regular basis... Then last weekend I found out that Modern Yoga had opened a stone's throw from me. I know it sounds dramatic, but I actually had tears in my eyes. LOL! That's how overjoyed I was. I went to a class the next morning and... Mama, I'm home! :) The instructor was welcoming and helpful and the lack of mirrors made it feel more like it was about my practice, not about it being judge-y or competitive. The infrared heat was amazing and the humidity level and temp were perfect. I signed up for the month and will definitely be a regular in the months to come. Rebuilding my strength and stamina is no small feat, but it feels so good and that makes it even more worth it. read more

Amazing ambiance. Clean, uncluttered, and the space clearly seems designed for its purpose. No crowding. Plenty of room for the classes as well as the boutique. The schedule is flexible with plenty of classes to meet any schedule. Professional, skilled staff and instructors make for a first rate experience.
