They put down within a month you will receive all merchandise and when a mobth comes they come out with many excuses that not everything came in. So it basically took almost to months to receive everything. The service really sucks. I do not recommend customers to shop here.

Buying a mattress is a big investment. You should invest your time and money somewhere else that truly cares about getting you into the right mattress. I will not be buying from Popular Mattress ever again. I will tell all my friends and family to stay away from this place. If you are curious to know why I feel this way, read below. We bought our mattress during the Home and Garden show in 2023. The salesman, Fernie, was great initially, told us about promotions where we got free pillows and free upgrade to the base. Fernie promised that he would help find the right mattress for us. Anyone who has shopped for a mattress knows that it takes a while before you know if you bought the right mattress or not. (FYI- Don't believe the salesman if he says that they will help you with trying matresses until you find the right one.) We opted for the split king Temperpedic because my wife and I like different firmnesses. My wife and I were excited about our new purchase and couldn't wait to get better sleep. Our bed arrived in late March. We slept on our new beds from April until September. We gave them an honest try before we contacted Fernie to help us. In May 23, we wanted to return the mattress for a refund, so we contacted Fernie about returning the Mattress . Fernie had an emergency and didnt get back to us. When he finally did get back to us, he told us that a return was not possible but that he could help with an exchange. We instantly had buyer's remorse. I told him him that we would not have bought the bed if we couldn't return it. We were upset. It took us a while to cool off. We felt like we made a mistake buying from this place. We recalled Fernie had said that he would help us find the right mattress in our initial meeting at the HG show so we gave the exchange a shot. So we went into the store, and Fernie helped us with an exchange. The new bed arrived a few weeks later. We slept on this mattress from September '23 to March '24. My wife and I were not getting restful sleep. We spent some time out of town during the fall and holidays. Then my wife had knee replacement surgery in January. If I knew what I know now, I would have contacted Fernie sooner than I did, but I put my wife's recovery ahead of everything. I figured with her limited mobility, it would be better to wait until she's stronger and fully recovered before we go moving furniture around in the bedroom. We would deal with the matress until then. Again, we were not getting restful sleep at night, and it was impacting my wife's recovery. I texted Fernie about our discomfort with the bed in early April. Fernie wasn't as responsive as he was when he was trying to make the initial sale. When he did respond, he said that he would need to get with the owner about another exchange, and he threw in that it had been a year since our purchase and that the comfort trial is only for 1 year. I contacted him a week into April; we got our bed initially in late March; and the exchanged mattress in September. Shouldn't the comfort trial end in September for the current mattress? I didn't understand this as it was only a week into April. Anyway, I followed up with him multiple times, and he gave me the runaround about how he hadn't had a chance to talk to the owner but that he would let us know what they can do and that he would contact us as soon as he had an answer. So, we waited. Again, there is no answer, and I follow up again. I got the sense that he no longer cared to help us. He kept telling me a year had passed. Late March to early April is a few days into a year. I followed up again today and Fernie suggested that we go to the store; that his boss had given him approval to give us "special pricing" on a new purchase. A new purchase, not an exchange. No thanks. We do not want the same shopping experience and hear empty promises and lies again. We will go elsewhere.

They delivered it, and I was shocked to see a huge black streak of dirt all along the edge and bottom of the mattress. When I brought it to the attention of the delivery person, he said that it was a warehouse CLEARANCE MATTRESS! He showed me the ledger where it clearly stated this. I spoke to the manager, Dan, and he was trying to shuck and jive me that HE HAD NO IDEA IT WAS A USED PIECE OF JUNK MATTRESS! He clearly did know because when I was purchasing the mattress, Dan offered to sell me a used in-stock Aireloom mattress. I politely declined. Really!? Who wants to buy a used freakin' mattress? Well, Dan did try to pull a fast one by trying to slip me a revolting, disgusting USED mattress! Gross! I demanded that he order me a brand new mattress. I also demanded that he give me his supervisor's contact information. He did, but I never called him because I know their corporate office will not do anything to help. My replacement was ordered, and two weeks later, they did deliver it. Believe me, I was with those two delivery men the ENTIRE time because as a consumer, I do NOT trust Denver Mattress! I'm posting this so that consumers can BEWARE! I have posted photos of the disgusting, filthy mattress so that consumers may see for themselves! When they deliver your mattress, furniture, washing machine, etc. DON'T trust that you are getting a brand new item. Check it carefully, and do not sign anything until you are fully satisfied. They all get paid the same whether they leave you with a brand new item or a used piece of junk! Buyer ALWAYS beware. Forewarned is forewarmed! We will NEVER trust or return to Denver Mattress on Gateway West AGAIN!

    I see people have given them 1 star, well I am giving them 3 because their customer service wasn't…read morethat bad. When we came it there were a good amount of people (commission sales reps) at the front just looking for their next victim. We were greeted by a guy named Franz. He was dressed really nice and had a great personality. He told us their was a deal going on and we need to make sure we had a slip so he was going to get us one. Well he started talking to two other customers so we started looking at the furniture. About 2 minutes into looking Franz came up and gave my boyfriend the coupon. (It basically said a extra 20% off the Ashley special price...but you had to make a order by 6pm..it was 5:20pm at this point). We continued looking and we did see some beautiful items. There was one sectional couch in particular that we looked but they didn't have it in a darker color, so we passed on it. It was so comfy!! I have to also state that I love all the accents they added to each section of furniture. It was very beautiful. They even had the first dining table when you walk in set up for thanksgiving dinner! We added Franz a few questions and then we didn't see him again. For the other employees that were around...it seemed almost like a playground. They were either laughing, dancing, or just talking to eachother about stuff that had nothing to do with furniture. I didn't like the atmosphere that they employees were allowing because I want sales people that are serious about their job and a leader to correct them if they aren't staying on topic. It was more about others laughing at an employee that was being silly. I am all about having a great and fun work environment, but it's a time and place for all of it. The two ladies up front were the worst due to they were actually dancing and giggling. (One was early 30s the other had to been in her 60s...so in my opinion they know better). Since we didn't see Franz, and we didn't really see anything to tickle our fancy, we left. I would say that someone should go if they they want to look at the decor to get ideas, but other than that I am not sure what else. Some of the prices were decent but make sure you haggle a little to get a great deal because I seen a few pieces that were there at another furniture place (that was Ashley pieces) for cheaper than what they were offering.

As soon as we walked in, we had a sales person come up to us and introduce himself. We told him we were looking around and we'll find him if we need anything. He continued to follow us around the store, which made is very uncomfortable. I am not here to steal a couch, settle down. We eventually made a decision and we had a few questions he wasn't able to answer (is the fabric pet stains proof) and had to call someone over. I think he wasn't really understanding us, since we do not speak Spanish. Once we pointed out the couch to him and got the details we wanted, we told him we're going to walk around and find him when we are ready to check out. He followed us again and stayed within earshot of our conversation, and it felt like he was spying on us. At least have the decency to walk away further instead of making your customers feel stalked. We went to the register and every question we had, he needed help answering. Do we need to register the warranty? He said yes, the cashier said no, if you have a claim, just submit it. Can we get a delivery in the afternoon? He could not answer and was having trouble explaining the delivery system. It felt like he had earned his commission and he was ready for us to leave. We set the delivery (and paid $170 for it) for Tuesday of the following week. On Friday, we received several text messages about our delivery for Tuesday morning between 830 and 1130 am. We both work, so we asked for an afternoon delivery. They were NOT accommodating AT ALL and just cancelled the delivery and told us to schedule for another day. We decided we do not want Ashley's business and went back to the store to cancel the order and get our money back. We had to explain to 4 different staff members what it was we wanted. They offered a $200 discount, which we turned down. Salvador, our sales person from the previous encounter, was trying to tell the cashier we cannot have the delivery refunded because it was supposed to be delivered today (Friday). He forgot really quickly that he set up the delivery day for Tuesday. Eventually, we received our full refund. No wonder people shop online if they are treated this way. Multibillion dollar company is unable to schedule a delivery that works with the customer's timeline. Will never return and do not recommend. Terrible in every aspect.

    If i could give them zero stars i would Worst place to do…read morebusiness with and I'll make sure to let all my friends and family know. i went in Saturday at 10 and bought a mattress and bed set. i was assured that delivery would be same day delivery. I kept asking and was assured it would be delivered that same day. At 5 I called to see if I could get an estimated time of arrival because I wanted to go have supper with friends I was told no eta but it would get there. I asked what the latest delivery time was and all they said was until the last delivery. Well I ended up sleeping on the couch because they never showed up. I got a call in the morning telling me they never gave the order to get delivered. I was told it would get done today. No eta. I asked if i still had to pay delivery and Alexis my sales guy said he would get it reduced for the inconvenience. No eta so again I can't plan on going somewhere because I could have to leave in the middle of my plans. Delivery got here at 2 I was charged full price and I just opened the box to the headboard and its the wrong color! Horrible experience horrible customer service. I'm in the process of getting a new dining room set & living room set I would've gone back but I'm definitely staying far away. A good business would've at least delivered for free after they messed up. Instead I got ripped off and the wrong product. Buyer beware and stay away from a company that only wants a quick sale not a loyal happy customer.
