He wants to charge me the same if I bring my Key versus buying a key from him, he just lost a huge customer. I'm telling all my friends in Modesto business owners do not go to them. Tricky situation but had to get all the locks changed quickly in an elderly person's house. All the locks were various brands and ages and finishes so that another locksmith even turned us down. Not Service Pro - they called multiple times to let us know the arrival time, showed up early, were not intimidated by the job, even went to the store to buy more lock sets to coordinate with the current ones. They didn't change locks that didn't need to be, so saved us money. When the whole job was finished, we went from 6 different keys (for an elderly person to keep track of!) to ONE key for a totally reasonable prixe.
