A tech came out on May 6th because the door was not open and the tech opened and closed the door manually while I was there and didn't say anything and then looked at the motor and said it need to be replaced. He told me what to get. So I got what he told me. On May 13, he came and worked on replacing it. He still did not say anything 2 hours later until I asked if he was done. Then he said yes but the door hit the up door frame. I told him that it didn't hit the door frame before. Not sure why he got upset and was trying to say that I was accusing him and called his boss. Then said the Spring is wrong and the door was installed wrong by previous technician. He pointed to other small garage door that said it was wrong also and stormed out. This door had been working well for years since I bought house in 2010 until the motor stopped working. If it was always like that, the door would be all managed. Only after he did the replacement the door hitting the frame. Replacing the motor might require some adjustment on the door or track to make the door works well but instead he was trying to argue with me and trying to blame this and that. The next day the other technician came and spend a 15,minutes to adjust and replaced one of the hinges and it works and that was done for free. This could have been better if the first tech just said it was not my fault but I'll try to adjust it for you and if there was something else that needs to replace you pay for it. I would be happy with and pay more for him if there is anything that needs to be done as I need the door to work. I feel this is totally unnecessary and uncalled for. I appreciate the company to send another tech out to do adjustments for me. So this review is not reflected on the company but the that one technician. If his was handled properly I would be happy to give them a 5 star but for that I gave them 4 read more

Daniel was pleasant from the moment he answered the phone. He was straightforward with sizes and pricing. He was very familiar with our area and the size of the garage door. He was able to come out a week later and install the new garage door and motor. He communicated with us regarding the quote and when he was on his way to install. Daniel is the owner but also was the one who did the installation. He was super flexible and patient with us as there was a non running car in the garage that needed to be moved a bit to make room for him. He was able to work with us about it and we really appreciate it. The new door looks fantastic and works great. Overall, we highly recommend Daniel at Molina Garage Door. Scheduled a time between 12-1pm on Tuesday, 1/20/2026 to have a spring fixed. Rearranged my daily schedule, work, kids pickup, day to day to make time for the appointment. Called at 1:01pm to see what was happening as they were already late. Was told the appoinment was actually for 12-2pm and that the tech wouldnt arrive until closer to 2pm. No good. My garage door and opener is atleast 13+ years old as it was here when we bought the house. Might be the original from 21 years ago. It was making a lot of noise when open/closing, so decided to have it inspected but more so, get a new opener installed since the current one would not pair to any remote device or any vehicle we have. Sent message on Friday and got an appt Mo day. Tech arrived early. Which was not a problem and was communicated to me so I was not surprised. I made sure he had enough room to work. Talked briefly about the install and I let him do his magic. About 1.5 hours later, he was done and OMG what a difference a new opener ​makes. The old one was ceiling mounted. This new one (Liftmaster 8500W) is wall mounted next to the garage door and is super quiet. This makes the garage look much bigger as i now don't have the ceiling space taken up by the old opener. I contacted Molina Garage Door Services (in the morning) along with two other companies to get quotes as I believe it's always best to get three bids/estimates for any repair/install job. Daniel answered my call and was very courteous and professional. He provided me with information of what would be involved with the repair, which meant replacing both springs (recommended, which I understand in that if one spring just broke, the other is ready to break anytime soon), as well as lubricating, adjusting, and checking the function of the garage door to make sure it is working well. Also, his estimate was comparable with other quotes, so I just went with him due to all of the positive Yelp reviews. I was able to get scheduled the next day, which I was fine with. Molina Garage Door Services contacted me through Yelp and text message that afternoon and informed me that they had an opening. I promptly responded and Daniel was at my house within 30 minutes of that Yelp message and text. He was in and out within and hour and explained what he did to the garage door. He tested it, made an adjustment to the garage door right in front of me, and now it's functional again. We also discussed about installation of a new garage door motor since I thought my unit was pretty loud, and he informed me of the different pricing (supplying my own garage door opener I purchase and installation versus one that he would provide and install). I'm truly appreciative of the service and work that he did, along with the professionalism, courtesy, and promptness of getting me serviced that same day. Best place ever to have your garage door serviced. My house is 23 years old, and I am 68 years young disabled unable to work on a fixed income. So last night the door came off the hinges and the worst case scenario crossed my mind. Molina garage had been out before and did awesome work so i called them after hours. Within 15 minutes I had an appt set today with Al the technician. After working 30 plus years in the automotive dealerships service departments you can imagine my thoughts.
