Paid an absurd amount of money for one of their top washes (included tire wash/shine) as you can see - my tires looked worse than before going. This wash requires you to physically wash your vehicle before going through the wash (if you want your vehicle to look good) - the only thing that this place is good for, is washing the suds off of your vehicle after pre scrubbing it with their "pre bug wash". In addition, this company has recently reduced the options that you receive per wash while increasing the pricing - add that in with the quality. You might as well hand wash at your house. Not worth it. As for the service, the guys are great and straight shooters - they'll voice their concerns, such as: reducing options / raising prices, quantity or lack of, etc. That said, the employees treat the customers very well. Always have supplies stocked, and are quick to answer any questions. Note: if your intentions are to clean the inside of your vehicle (floor mats, windows, interior, etc.) and you're not necessarily concerned with the exterior, buy the cheapest wash, and take advantage of their free vacuums, free floor mat cleaners, free window wash - this is where the $12.00 pays off. More of a hassle free than getting everything out at your own house. Quality results. Car wash was efficient and removed considerable dirt. The vacuum station was powerful and made cleanup a breeze.

Never more than one lane open. Cars are in one line out to the road. Members are waiting for the staff to sign up people at the only entrance to the car wash. They have three lanes and no member only access. read more

You have to wash your vehicle before and after going through this car wash. It doesn't take bugs off. It doesn't take dirt off the back or sides of vehicle. So you have to take the brush to it before going through the car wash. After you come out, you have new dirt that wasn't there before including a stubborn film. The quality is horrible. The vacuum suction is inconsistent. It all depends on the spot you park in. You can only vacuum your mats, there isn't an automatic mat cleaner. If there is one, I have not found it. Since you basically have to hand wash your vehicle twice, why pay the money to send it through their wash? read more

Customer service from corp is nonexistant. They do not answer the phone nor do they return calls. Web account access is horrible. Still cannot access my account. No one at the location can help. Told me to call corp. Again, corp never returned my calls. Site Manager #1 gave me information and instructions that were opposite to what site manager #2 told me. Employees told me to speak with manager #3 "if she shows up for work at 6:00 pm" Seems as if she comes to work when she wants due to some supposed childcare issue. The wash quality is poor. Must hand wipe off the entire car to get clean. The positives are the employees are friendly if they are not asked any questions and the wash packages are inexpensive. John Johnson read more

I went today to wash my personal car & my work truck after all the winter weather we have had. Kyle met me at the kiosk when I brought my car & was very pleasant. When I brought my truck back it was REALLY gross, as I work on a construction site. Kyle again met me at the kiosk & helped me pick an appropriate wash for the level of dirt on my truck. He also told me about the mat wash they have. I've been here several times & have never been told about that feature. My Matt's are plastic & get very dirty. It did a great job washing & drying my mats. The truck came out cleaner than I expected. I took it back through for a few places. My running boards were still caked with mud. Doug got me a scrub brush & a bucket of water to clean them with. Kyle brought multiple buckets to help me get them clean. I was incredibly impressed with the customer service I received here from these young men. Good help is hard to find. I will definitely be back. read more
