Friendly service. Just very busy for the vacuums some vacs work better than others and there was a waiting line to use them

Today in mouthwash history actually open in Cherry Hill today what do you know. So I get into the long line because it's Sunday and they still have to physically type in everybody's license plate before they can go into the car wash. So I finally get in the car wash and I watched the car in front of me go all the way through without getting a drop on it. Car didn't get washed at all. So the guy comes out and says we're gonna need a few more minutes I don't know what's going on. I bet you they're building another one somewhere though. and now another 10 minutes is gone by I guess I'm gonna go through without washing it and as I go through, no soap is falling on the car so I get to stay dirty unless I wanna get back in line which I'm not I definitely am canceling this subscription. Waste of money! For $31 they spray a little bit of soap and it never fully washes off or dries. Windows have all streaks and back of car is still wet. Rip off read more

Spending 18$ on a car wash that barely has any water pressure to actually clean the car and then no pressure to dry the car. When you get outside there is no towels to actually wipe your car then hose vacuums have no power to get any up. Horrible. Avoid this place. Zero stars if I could read more

I just backed out of line because I saw the price screen for a basic wash is $15!!!! It used to be $11. A 27% increase !!! Why?? Tariffs?? Good bye. Will take my washes elsewhere. read more

Worst. Customer. Service. On. Earth. How they have over 2k in positive reviews seems so suspect after the interaction, or lack there of, I've had. I'm resorting to Google now because no one has gotten back to me resolve the issue of their machines scratching my entire car up. It happened NOVEMBER 7th 2024. It's about to be February soon and I am still left with no resolution. Directly after the incident I pulled up to file an incident, the guy working that evening took pictures and filed it, and I even received an email confirmation of the incident report. Heard nothing. Emailed the manager, no response. Ever. When you call the number, you cannot reach a human person. I receive an email like maybe 4 or 5 weeks later just saying "someone called you". No voicemail left. No point of contact to get back in touch with. Then radio silence yet again. I get a semi apologetic email first week of January, assuring me it will be handled. STILL NOTHING. This review out of desperation because no one will get in touch with me and fix this problem. My car is so scratched up, on top and sides, swirl marks EVERYWHERE, there's a dent on the roof right by the windshield. It's so ridiculous. Beware taking your car here so you can avoid being in the situation I am. Someone needs to contact me ASAP and make it right. And DO NOT respond to this review with "reach out to us directly" BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT I'VE BEEN DOING WITH NO AVAIL. read more

This car was is a great value! After you go through the actual wash you pull into an area and vacuum, wipe down and clean your car. They provide towels, window and bug cleaner. read more

My husband bought me a membership. I took my car through and there was an issue with the car in front of me. They had to make the car back up and restart the wash. When it was my turn, the left side of my car lifted and I knew something wasn't right. It looked like I was about to get pushed into the car ahead of me. They yelled for me to brake. Then I had to back up and restart as well. On the second attempt the same thing happened. I've been through car washes before and never had such a traumatic experience. It's frightening when you know something is clearly wrong but you can't see what's happening. I told my husband to cancel and not renew the membership. He tried to cancel, I was still within the first month but corporate told my husband we needed to provide more than 3 days notice for cancelation. He explained to corporate what happened to my car and that I did not feel safe brining my car through. They told him they could transfer the membership to him. He explained that he has a light bar on his truck. Corporate told that's okay, they can turn off the top brush. He went through a few times without issue. On 1/21/24 He stopped for a wash. Again, there were issues. The entrance bars on both sides were not going up. The attendant told us something inside "got spun around" and said they were fixing the issue. The attendant then had to manually open both lane bars since they weren't rising automatically as they should have. Before going in my husband reminded the attendant to lift the top brush. He relied saying it was done. My husband has dash cameras and the entire interaction is recorded and will be posted on all social media platforms. As we entered, the brush lifted for the car in front of us but then came down on my husband's truck. We were stuck as the pressure built enough to completely snap the brackets for my husband's light bar. The sound of crushing and twisting steel was frightening. My child was in the car. We were trapped for a few minutes before we began moving again while listening the steel being dragged across the top of my husband's truck. The attendant told us there is no safety mechanism to shut down the car wash when it malfunctions which it clearly did. We were ensured the brush was off. My husband's truck is damaged due to their negligence. The attendant told my husband, "you can't imagine the damage these machines can do". And yet MOD will hide behind a sign that they clearly do not enforce! Not only do they not enforce the signage, corporate literally told my husband that his light bar would be okay and knowingly transferred my membership to his truck. My husband spoke to the manager and he said corporate is not taking responsibility. I cannot in good conscience sit back and not share what happened to us in hopes of preventing major damage to someone else's car. My husband is handy. This would have been a simple fix. All they had to do was replace the brackets that their machine destroyed but they are refusing. Steer clear of this business. They are dishonest and do not care what damage they cause due to their negligence read more

I wI'll not use Mod Wash again. The first individual I encountered was very professional and I actually signed up for a monthly plan. As I entered the car wash my vehicle started rolling backwards and I hit the brakes which caused the roller to slide under my tires. The individual that was in there looked at me with a disgusted look and then pointed to the sign that says the car should be in neutral. I stated that it started rolling back and he just turned around as if to ignore me. He then started the wash again and looked at me with the same discussed look as he walked by me. I know I was wrong for hitting my brakes but I do not support a business that treats it's customers that way. read more

They charge full-service prices but do not do any cleaning of your car. That's right you get to do it at the end! It is a drive through car wash while you stay in the car. They do not even dry your car at the end! Luckily, in Cherry Hill there are a lot of other options that are superior! read more
