As they were wiping down the truck and motioned to my wife that the Truck was done, she noticed mud and dirt on the drivers side lower panels. She asked one of the morons there and he said to talk to the manager. She did, and his response was "Oh well". Went today on the 5th of January 2026 ,pulled into lot went in talked to a Asian women who didn't speak English very well ! Wanted to get full car wash and interior cleaned including mats! I also wanted it hand waxed which the woman said could be done ,also in brochure no appointment needed! She said get in line and when you get to wash bay tell man! Well 10 cars behind me and he says in broken English no wax car today! After woman said they would! So to try to understand what your paying for you need a college degree in economics ! The services overlap so much you don't know how to ad up what your paying for! So after being ignored by the Asian lady and told I'm not getting the service I wanted and waited for she charged me 28 dollars for the worst car was I ever got ! There were areas that was missed and white spots all over my car ! Also excessive soap suds running down the entire lift gate of my suv! And when I said something to the dryers the guy gave me an attitude and half ass wiped it down! The floor mats looked worst then before I started! My first and last time going to this car wash - The outside of my car was fine - the inside was a disgrace...which I pointed out as soon as I opened the door...The carpeting was still dirty - as well as the dash board - and the car door and seats. I spoke to the owner and he replied I should have gotten the higher priced service....not the Senior Special! I guess they thought they could pull this trick on seniors . My neighborhood has very mature pine trees that love to sap... all over my car. (going to reach out to the association on that one later)... I was not a good car parent and waited maybe 8 months to get this car detailed. I dropped it off and they called me about the sap and said they will do the best they can but i will probably still have spots that are dull or the paint may be damaged. Truly, my biggest concern was getting the glitter left by my Junior's glittery prom gown out of the front seat :D ... so I told them it's all good, do your best and that's all i can ask for. went back for it and it's BEAUTIFUL... looks brand new, not a single dull spot and not a single bit of glitter inside. Extremely unhygienic facility ,poor quality of service , products ( guessing just dirty used soap water )and cleanliness . Would not have given 1 star either. Brakes and accelerator were slippery and soapy after wash , fingerprints and dirty cloth streak marks that were not there before . Streak marks on windshield . To be honest car looked worse than When it was unwashed and I had to go to an alternate car wash as I felt it was unhygienic to be touching my car after their unclean towels touched my car esp interior and my steering wheel . This place is absolute garbage! If you feel like wasting your money or you dont really care about your car this is the place to go. Paid almost 30$ for "the whole 9" and I definitely got the whole nine...inches... mud still in wheel well. Some guy sprayed the car with who knows what then walked up dancing and smoking a cigar, this mystery substance was also never wiped down till it was dried on and i had to use special cleaner. This is in response to the owner's comment: You think that I would leave my baby on my birthday, after driving 4 hours to NJ, to go to a carwash and waste another 2.5+ hours (this time included calling the police and filing a police report) to falsely accuse you of scratching my car? You are right. My rims were dirty, most likely with break grease. I pointed out that fact to the attendant and requested that my rims be cleaned well because they were so dirty. This attendant, at no fault of his own, drove my SUV into the wash and I witnessed the rail cut into my rim. The exposed rail instantaneously left a bright, silver scratch on the dirty, dark rim and it spun around and around. When the car came out of the carwash, this scratch was no longer bright and silver but filled with dirt and grease. You say, "If this type of damage happened to this particular car, it would have occurred to many cars that come through our wash." -- How many 2014 X6s have you had come through your carwash? This is a vehicle with large rims and large, wide wheels. Your carwash scratched my car. You denied it. And you accused me of trying to harm you. Now you accuse me of yelling? I highly doubt you or your husband would have allowed me to remain on your property if I had raised my voice to anything remotely close to yelling. Had you or your husband apologized and genuinely offered to fix the scratch, I would have let this go. Think about that next time you want to accuse another person of doing such an awful thing. Side note:: Police officer stated the Cherry HIll police receives multiple calls from this carwash's customers for damages. I took my car for a full service wash (and interior vacuuming). They did a great job, and when I pointed out a couple of areas that did not get cleaned by the brushes, they cleaned them by hand with a rag and cleaning solution. The interior floor and seats were vacuumed, and the dashboard and windows were cleaned by hand. I'm not sure what people expect. This is not detailing. I wasn't happy about my initial car wash but the manager Rich (who seemed to be a great guy) was proactive and wanted to make me happy. After he saw my review, he reached out to me and offered to wash my car again at no cost. Not only did he redo my car but he also had his team vacuum my car and gave my tires a shine. I watched Rich himself help to dry and shine my tires to make sure my car looked great. He even cleaned the rims to make sure all the dirt and oil from the road were off of it. My car looks 1000% better and just for that outstanding customer service I would definitely go back and recommend others to go there. I've been going to Route 41 Car Wash for as long as I've had a license. It's close to home, quick, gets my car clean and I can usually find a coupon. Getting a discount here is simple. Coupons can be found in your ValPac or on their website- and they even give you coupons after each wash. In addition to coupons, this car wash runs specials on different days of the week; 40% for men on Mondays and women on Wednesdays. Having an SUV, I am charged an additional $1.50. Typically my total is less than $10 with an exterior wash and interior vacuum; "The Full Service Wash." I've personally never had a problem with the service or the people here. If you are expecting your car to look like it came off the show room floor, you're probably going to need to get it detailed not just washed. read more

If I could have left no stars I would have . You know you're going to get a bad car wash as soon as you pull in line . They have a guy with a wet broom go over your entire car before they let it go into the car wash . They're supposed to vacuum,, and clean your wheels with their Tire brush . You'll be lucky to get one wheel clean . Same with the broom . Maybe the top of your car will get done or one side but not the entire vehicle . Ever! When the car exits the car wash you can see immediately that it's not clean . It's a little better . But not clean . Then they have a bunch of lazy ass bums do a half ass job drying your car . Forget having them bend over to dry the entire car . They get what they can reach without bending and that's it . Forget letting them clean the inside . They use dirty towels , and your windows are generally worse then when you arrived . Talk to the Oriental woman taking your money about your problems . LOL you might as well talk to the wall . She just stares at you and does and says nothing . Not even I'm sorry . Just a dead stare . The car wash is close to me . But I pray someone buys them out who plans on turning things around . I bought my car in shortly after opening for a wash. My car had no issues and was riding great. After waiting for at least 10-12 minutes for car to go through the car wash because something inside had to be fixed, my car had a flat tire warning. My driver side rear tire was low. I bought it to the attention of management. His response was pretty much I don't care, why are you telling me this. He also said maybe you have a warranty on your tires. I got "The Works" which is a couple steps up from a basic wash, and what I got was something way less than what I expected. The wheels weren't cleaned at all, and the inside of the car was basically just vacuumed and given a quick wipe down. It's clear that minimal effort was put into the cleaning of the car. I gave my Honda CRV for both interior and exterior detailing, it costs $139.99. Opted for full detail as we are expecting a baby pretty soon. Interior - cleaned decently, but had some pungent smell, which we didn't experience on day 1. So, connected with Route 41 after a week and they offered to clean the interior of the vehicle again, but there is some smell still in there, but not as bad as before. I had to leave the windows open a bit when it is sunny outside. I am hoping the smell to be gone in few days. Tires - Did a decent job here. Exterior - I purchased the premium option in here, could have been better, may be this is what they could offer for the money they charge. Ever since the ownership of Route 41 Car Wash changed hands, the service has slowly been going down hill. The people at the register are less friendly, and the men drying the cars are not friendly at all. They no longer offer you an air freshener, you have to ask for it. But don't dare walk over to the area where they keep the air fresheners, as they will yell at you for entering their "area." The last straw was the last time I was there. They moved a car magnet I had on my car from the back to the side, and then proceeded to scratch my car when they dragged it off the side of my car to put it back on the back. My new car wash is the Magic Touch Car Wash on Route 70. It's not as convenient as Route 41 was, but you get a much better car wash and service there. I've officially fired Route 41 as my go-to car wash. read more

They have no care, they do not pay attention to detail and definitely lack customer service. I can not express my total disappointment with this car wash. I WAS WARNED by others but given the time I had to get my car washed I did not heed-the warning. Went to the car wash with higher expectations, but left very disappointed. I opted for The Works wash and interior cleaning. Asked the man who took my car into the wash if the attendants were able to vacuum better than the usual, since the job was poorly done before at the same car wash. The man said he would take care of it. At the end of the wash, I walked into my car and looked around to see what the results were. There were still massive amounts of dog hair all over the seats, I'm sure the vacuums would have picked it up if the job wasn't half assed. My dashboards still had fingerprints. My seats were not wiped down properly. PROS: -The outside of my car always looks great -Usually coupons / Promotions everyday (i.e. Men's Day, Women's Day, Senior's Day) -Oil Change & car wash combo is a pretty good deal CONS: - $1.50 extra for SUV's - Don't always do a great job cleaning the inside (seats/steering wheel) - Have left antenna off car before - Charged me $2 extra one time for "doors and dash" (Even though my Jeep Liberty doesn't have much of a dashboard.) I paid for "The Works" today, Dec 22 2016. They did a very poor job vacuuming the rear of my Subaru outback. In fact, there was still some white pieces of plastic from a broken plate and sand in the back. I watched the guy at the end barely clean the inside of the windshield. Didn't do any of the passenger windows on the inside and when I told him about it, he barely cleaned the finger prints off the front passenger window. An average car wash with inside and out will run you around $20 BUT if you have a coupon or go in when a special is being offered it's 1/2 off. My car wasn't perfect at all but I left feeling satisfied with the overall job. They also tackled the sap spots that are hard to get rid of. Overall = solid 3 stars. read more
