Don't mind the minor scratches on my car I can assure you that they were there before the clean. Also Hand drying and blow drying was included with the wash as before the wash started they did a rinse and soft brush scrub before hand which was AMAZING! I was a little hesitant due to some reviews I saw on Yelp, but I took the risk since most of the bad reviews are years old and places can change! AND BOY DID IT PAY OFF 4/5 would come back again! (If they had a monthly membership that's affordable I'd do a 5/5)

Today's industry has most consumers happily excepting inferior service at higher prices. You pay for a light show, a wash that moves too fast, you have to dry your own car, and you think that's great because they have complimentary vacuums. Platinum is a short wash that does well IF you wash your car once a week. I don't recommend for vehicles that the owners wait weeks in-between washes. Drying comes with every wash but its not very thorough. I had to get out of my car and ask them to please dry the rear quarter panels and the back bumper. For an extra $10 they do an average job vacuuming the interior and cleaning the interior windows. They do not have complimentary vacuums. Luckily I only work in the area so I will use this wash if I can't get to the best carwash in the country, which is "Autosheen Cherry Hill, NJ"
