This place is just AMAZING and I love them! I dont know how they worked their magic but they managed to make our infinity car look so shiny and the leathers were cleaned so well. This place is amazing! Jose and his staff are impeccable. My mom's car had over 10 years of smoking and I don't know how it was possible but there's not a trace of if left. Took our 2 year old car to Jose's for the first time to be detailed. Upon pick up, he insisted upon CASH ONLY and after paying when we opened the driver door we immediately noticed the vented leather car seat was torn. We brought it to Jose's attention and he assured us he would take care of it, he even made an appointment with his upholstery guy The next morning. Why does he have an upholstery guy? Has this happened before? His upholstery guy said it looked like they roughly vacuumed the delicate perforated vented leather material and must have snagged it. The day before it was scheduled to be fixed Jose changed his mind and said he would not take care of it. BEWARE! Jose is obviously not an honest man with integrity and his help could care less about the quality of what they do to your car. read more
