The person that was plowing had gotten angry because I stopped not infront of him but behind him about a good 30 feet to drop someone off. It took only less then 5 minutes. He decided that the perfect thing to yell out of his window was "got a reason to park there. What the f@$k!" At the person that I was dropping off. The thing is that i just dropped him off and I need to get to work because I myself was in a hurry so i was not just sitting there just chilling. He was hired to plow the the snow not to yell at the customers in the plaza. I will be contacting the plaza manager to make sure they are aware of the people they hire to do a job at there place of business. Very in professional and I hope u will speak to the rude inpatient and anger carrying staff u have hired to represent ur company.

After paying $850.00 he left my property with leaves in every flower bed, leaves under every bush on the property and leaves and twigs and branches everywhere! Then tells me this is from my neighbor's leaves blowing onto my property and can take care of it in the spring. My neighbbors hired good people and don't have lots of leaves on their property. Wonder how much he would charge me for a spring clean-up. The only thing this guy knows how to do is charge high prices up front for inferior work. My neighbors lawns look great because they had people that knew what they were doing and mine looks like a piece of crap! Doesn't even deserve 1 Star, but made me leave something. I was out yesterday trying to blow the leaves that were left under my bushes on the property! This guy does not know the first thing about taking care of a large piece of property. Jose' dropped the ball... I began my search for a lawn care,…read morelawn maintenance, and landscape company back in March so I could hire a reliable company before the rush of the season. Appointment was made, but then a 'no-show.' Finally someone came out to see what needed to be done, and then a quote was sent to me. Unfortunately I had a situation to take care of for about 3 weeks before I was able to reply to their quote (which was higher than I anticipated). Once I reduced the amount of projects that I needed done immediately so that I could lower the quote (I expected a quote per project) and get the work started asap, Jose' said he would call the following week, either Saturday or Sunday (which was Mother's Day). They never sent another quote, and when I asked if he could get back to me prior to Sunday, that's when I never heard back from him. This is not the way to conduct business!

So, I called and spoke with a female who said that she would get ahold of the estimator and get back with me. Another week went by....no calls. So, I called again and left a message with someone who appeared to be taking calls during the lunch hour. He said he would give them the message and they would call back. Another week....no calls. I guess if they didn't think the job was profitable enough, maybe they should have at least had the courtesy to let me know so I could get another estimate. Now weeks have passed by and I have to start all over again with new estimates. They were not reliable at all when it came to returning my calls and I never even got an estimate for the work. I am a businessman too. Good luck running a business that way. You'll be out of business once word gets around.
