Strong Recommendation for Phil and Downsizing Solutions…read more It's so important to hire someone who truly knows what they're doing when handling an estate sale. Unfortunately, my recent sellers chose a company on their own, and in my opinion, they were greatly taken advantage of. The experience reminded me just how exceptional Phil and his team at Downsizing Solutions are. Phil is, without question, one of the best estate sale professionals I've ever worked with. To give some perspective, the company my sellers used spent only three days going through the home, while Phil typically dedicates two to three weeks to carefully sort, organize, and price everything so each item is displayed and visible. This particular home was filled with high-end items, many brand new and countless tools and collectibles stored in every room and closet. The other company didn't set up enough display tables, leaving many valuable items unseen and underpriced. In contrast, Phil and his team use every available space, even setting up tables in the backyard if needed, ensuring that everything is visible and well-presented. Phil consistently draws large crowds, often with hundreds of people lined up before the sale even opens, and his sales generate strong returns for sellers. He also goes above and beyond after the sale, working closely with clients to organize donations and provide documentation for tax write-offs. It's difficult to see clients taken advantage of, especially when they simply didn't know the difference in quality and professionalism among estate sale companies. I did recommend Phil, but they chose someone who was personally connected to the deceased. It was a hard lesson learned, and I want to make sure others don't have the same experience. If you ever need someone reliable, professional, and truly dedicated to helping clients get the best results from an estate sale, I can only recommend Phil and Downsizing Solutions. We sat on the patio and another worker came and told us they were closing soon and we had to wrap up, with our brand new drinks. He came back not even 5 minutes later and said "ight guys you gotta get out." And made us leave while there were still 6 or 7 people inside sitting at the bar. Honestly pathetic, made us feel like we were very unwelcome even though we were paying customers. I never leave reviews but this place sucked so bad I had to. The employees always seem so annoyed to have any customers at all. There's always rumblings in town of this place closing down, and if they continue to treat people like that, it's only a matter of time until that's going to be true.

This is quite literally the only local place that sells properly humidified cigars. They have a reasonable selection of infused and traditional cigar face brands to choose from. Additionally, as an added bonus, they even offer their own line of house cigars sourced from Nicaragua to choose from without any of the brand markups. The interior is small but clean and nicely decorated with leather and wood accents. The real sell of this place is the ambiance - a nice, comfortable, relaxing place to enjoy a cigar while chatting with other cigar smokers or watching a movie/game. There's a a pleasant timeless feeling inside. I live in an apartment so finding a spot to leisurely smoke that isn't going to violate my lease or my neighbors comfort is nothing to balk at. Lastly, this is a place for all cigar smokers, new and old. With amiable and highly knowledgeable certified tobacconists on hand, recommendations and suggestions for your first or next smoke are readily available. You do not require a membership to come in and enjoy a smoke but there are incentives to do so. I will definitely be returning to this sanctuary.

First time they forgot my chicken wing order. Luckily they have my number so they called and offered to bring it to me. Second time they forgot my cheesecake. This time they didn't have my number since I ordered it at the front. I was two months after surgery so was still feeling discomfort when getting in and out of the car so didn't go back to ask for it.
