She had to spend about 15 minutes, picking them out. Less than optimal to say the least. Would no longer recommend. Maybe we will get them another chance at some point. Worst Moes franchise around ( and I've been to several others). Preparer doesn't listen and had to repeat instructions. Gave less than a spoonful of chicken and part of it fell onto the counter. Went to pay for it and they couldn't figure out how to apply my rewards towards the bill. I walked away leaving them the food to eat themselves or throw out...didn't care. Went to another nearby restaurant for food ( plenty of other choices around). Went there as a group of 4. My daughter was the only one that had the beef tacos while the rest of us had chicken. Pretty much the same ingredients except for her beef. She was sick for 3 days after. If you mobile order, check your order before you leave! Picked up a mobile order, they never said anything about not having ingredients, not actually making the order as ordered. Just handed it to me like no issue. I got out to my car and left only to discover on the ride home that my order was wrong. Went back and asked why it wasn't correct... asked why the receipt noted "no beans" and why they didn't called (they have in the past as a number is required to order in the app and they have in the past). The cashier said she knew it was wrong and didn't say anything to the person making it. Proceeded to tell me she tried to find my number to call me but couldn't find it (it's printed on the receipt she put in the bag of wrong food then stapled like 6 times). Manager credited the burrito that I used my birthday coupon for and apologized that they "couldn't find my number". Had I gotten home I would have had to drive 30 minutes back. I've been going to this Moe's since it opened in our town. And over the years I've just watched it dwindle in service. I've never written a review on anything for food before but this just made me so mad. I'm a creature of habit, I never change my order. And it's always been a big burrito but now it's become nothing but bread with a couple toppings. It wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. I wasn't the only takeout customer to experience this. But the staff was apologetic, they took my name and number, and I took my order home. I do like Mexican food but I like the authentic style, I did struggle a bit the 1st time I ate at Moe's, to many things & information overload under fast pace. It's close to my work & my younger c-o-workers seems to like it a lot, it's made to order & you add what you want, kind of like taking Mexican food into Subway service style. Moe's is a chain based out of Atlanta, GA with Tex-Mex menu, features burritos, tacos etc with endless improvisation, more than twenty different ingredient options available for that purpose. Maybe that's why it's popular with younger people as they can multi-tasking better? But I found it challenging as there's too many choices. Fancy names such as "Earmuffs" (a burrito bowl) and "Overachiever" (the menu's high-end taco item) to me is more confusing than amusing. If you like fresh Tex-Mex with fast food like pace, this is great place for lunch. If you are like me, who enjoys authentic style of Mexican food & prefers a more relaxing place to eat with less crowd, skip the Moe's. read more

I have been to this Moe's location several times. Every time it was delicious. I always recommend this Moe's to family and friends.... HOWEVER... Today I went there and was appalled with the lack of cleanliness. First of all, they were dead- so there really is no reason that they could not have cleaned up or have been in the process of cleaning. All of the containers that they keep the ingredients in were spilled everywhere, almost empty, or had crusty residue all over the sides. The counter where they make the food didn't look sanitized. It looks like they had an afternoon rush and then never cleaned up.. Which is ridiculous because it was four o'clock and there was barely anyone there. While I was ordering, the young man was skimping on what I asked for because the bins were empty or close to empty. Are you that lazy that you're going to give me old, bottom of the container toppings instead of taking thirty seconds and grabbing me fresh ingredients that are already in pre-filled bins? That was irritating. Then I watched the manager on duty take chips that had spilled all over the unclean counter and PUT THEM BACK INTO THE CHIP DISPENSER. Unreal! I couldn't believe that. I paid, and went to fill my drink and was bombarded by fruit flies swarming around the soda machine. Gross. Not to mention the whole time I ate there, the flies were all around the booth. Like I said, I have been here several times and loved it. Maybe the management changed? I don't know but there really is no excuse for the laziness I encountered today. With that many employees on the clock, at least one of them can be changing out ingredients and cleaning countertops. Moe's is a great choice for a quick meal. Comparably priced with other similar places, food is made to order and staff is friendly. The chips are included in your meal with salsa, but spend an extra two bucks and get a small queso, it's so good! I think the food and atmosphere are much better than Chipotle and would choose to come here anytime I'm looking for something quick! This moes never lets me down! They are always so friendly!!! Ray, who made our food tonight, had the best attitude despite getting an online order for 10 items while the line was to the door. He was friendly, cracking jokes, and having actual conversations with customers which seemed to brighten everyone's day. There were quite a few impatient customers in front of us, but every single staff member helped them with smiles on their faces. They ran into register issues, online order issues, but never showed a single sign of aggravation. Even with all the hiccups they made our food within 10 minutes and it was still hot when we got to sit down. They also made it a priority to greet every single customer with the classic "welcome to moes!" I am writing this review on behalf of my friend who had gotten her food delivered to her from this location today. She is HIGHLY disappointed in the fact that they had forgotten her chips. Now, my friend here is a foodie. She's a skinny legend but can put down an entire 5 course meal plus mine in one sitting. Her stomach is the size of the entire Harry Potter series. Not bad, not great... Chipotle is way better. I would go back for a quick meal but I did have some complaints with my tacos. The meat was cold and so was the fillings and she'll which threw me off. I was expecting a hot taco but what I got was just the opposite. Their ingredients seem ok but not as fresh as a Chipotle or a Qdoda. At one point in my life I sang the gospel praises of Moe's...The fun menu item names, the gut busting burritos, the tomatillo salsa that I still crave to this day, the "Welcome to Moe's!" you get when you walk through the door...But...I haven't been to Moe's in quite a while and my most recent trip tells the tale. This isn't a story about this particular Moe's, mind you...This Moe's is very clean and its employees were very courteous and competent. If you are a lover of all things Moe, this one won't steer you wrong. Moe even sent me a birthday present of a free burrito which is what prompted this recent trip. Yay for Moe! I guess I've just fallen out of love with Moe. His burritos now come in two sizes instead of one. That old size I loved is now the larger, more expensive one. There's a different price it seems for each meat option which confuses me. And even that large Home Wrecker ain't wrecking homes like she used to...It's not a bad burrito, mind you, but there are 4-5 other chains out there doing the same things these days and some are doing it much better. Doing it healthier, doing it tastier, doing it at a lower cost. And calling your menu items funny names ain't the draw it used to be...
