Worker rushed me down the line to tell her what I wanted on my tacos and no one was behind me. Food was not hot, tortillas weren't put on the grill to heat up, asked for burrito to be put on the grill and she put it on there for literally 15 seconds and rushed to check me out. My first time experiencing this at this location, very disappointing because I enjoy eating at this location and the manager is always so friendly when she is here! read more

I like Mexican food and when this new joint showed up I had to try it, but took me long to get here. I got the build your own bowl, with Baja chicken and Mexican rice... the flavors were on spot, it was delicious even the next day (which is huge). And now that I know that everything they make there is fresh and made on prem, I think I'd definitely go back often but I must say the quantity is less than what you'd be served at Chipotle or Baja Grill. I love that we have all three Mexican fast serves in close proximity each having their own twist ... gives us variety to mix things up! read more

Not bad, but still getting the jitters out Opening weekend to the newest mexican restaurant on the block, and had to come to try them out. Service is very much like a moes or chipolte. you choose a signature dish or you customize your own meal. They cook food in batches and refill trays that they dole out cafeteria style as you walk along. I opted to get a bowl, got some rice, onions, beans, canned jalepenos, some chipolte sauce, and their pulled pork. Overall, it was food. the staff was still figuring out their way through things so they were very light on the portions. The mexican rice was a little greasy, actually all of their meats were not well drained which lead to a lot of greasy bites. The pork was tender enough, the chipolte sauce was smoky and only a little spicy. Everything was okay. None of the bites were great or awesome. It was food, prepped well enough I suppose, but nothing I would make a trek for or want to eat again. I do appreciate they gave chips. they were bagged chips and the portion was light there too. But compared to the bagged chips you would get at a chipolte, it was appreciated. Price wise, it was acceptable. 11 bucks for a bowl is about the standard for that type of meal. The portion was light, but for some that's not really a detractor. I would expect better quality, but I chock a lot of that up to a new crew learning the ropes. Overall, it's a dining option for the area. It's not great food, it's not trek worthy food, it's a place to get something easy when taco bell is swamped and you don't want to/can't leave the plaza. In that way, it works. but given there's a lot of dining options in that plaza, it might not be the first choice. read more

tee was absolutely amazing!!! even with all the chaos going on and the machines being broken, she handled it with such poise and grace and made sure all the customers were still satisfied and able to get whatever it is that they needed. she truly, truly looks out for her customers. and she actually cares about how the service is run. she was absolutely amazing, and i truly appreciate her for everything that she did for me yesterday, even while the machines were going down and she was trying to figure out how to get everything up and running to make sure that customers were getting everything that they needed. i truly appreciate you, tee and i will definitely be back again! read more

I'm so over the food options in Manchester, so I happily decided to try this place that just opened up! It's the same restaurant style as Chipotle and Moe's. You can order from the menu, or build a burrito/bowl as you go down the line. Super clean, of course. The employees were awesome; they answered all my questions and gave a big portion of rice to start. We were all learning as we went, given this place is brand spanking new. If you're looking for authentic, stay away from fast food Mexican... otherwise, I'd say this is much better than Moe's or Chipotle. No upset stomach after eating here which is a huge win. I built my own grilled chicken bowl which came out to $10.99, and added guac for an extra $2. If you're really that interested, here's my breakdown- yellow rice, grilled chicken, roasted veggies, lettuce, cilantro, onions, Salsa Fresca (Mild), Corn Salsa (Mild), chipotle aioli, sour cream, guac. I really appreciated how the roasted veggies were actually a mix of peppers/etc instead of over seasoned green pepper and onion (cough, chipotle, cough). I think next time I may ask for extra veggies and lettuce, but that's only because I love them veggies. The meal comes with chips and a BANGIN salsa. I ran out of salsa faster than chips... I ordered delivery for four people for an office event. I scheduled the delivery time and it came about half an hour early, which wasn't convenient. The food was tasty and fresh, and the online ordering was comprehensive and let you customize your order to an extent. There was no customization to leave out certain ingredients so I was very pleasantly surprised that my note to leave out an ingredient from one of the items was read and followed. The service was okay. The food was horrible. I ordered 3 hard shell tacos. The shell were stale, they came with nachos , stale. First ever review writing this because of how horrible it was. The ground beef had a layer of burnt whatever the hell it was on top of it, and all the beef under it was dryer than a desert. Almost no people there and they had good music taste. The food is what i need to talk about. The meat literally tasted like how a stinky cheesy armpit would smell. It tastes like the smell. I don't know how the others tasted, but everything else looked horrible. The food was so cold and never warm. The salsa is just all leaves. My friend ordered a quesadilla and apparently the onions tasted stale and horrible. Worst food i've ever had, worse than school food and tastes incredibly cheap. read more

Went on April 4 for the opening. It was Great. Clean, excellent service. Food is different of what usually see at Moe's or Chipotle. Even little bit different for Mexican food. Need to come again to have better understanding of the food. For example, I ordered shredded beef bbq. I thought, mistake on translation. Nop, was shredded beef with bbq sauce. Horrible food, horrible service, horrible online ordering, horrible app. Ive been to Newington, West Hartford, and Manchester and they are all the same. Burritos are rolled terribly, chips are always bland and stale. This restaurant is a copycat of chipotle and moes but it is horrible compared to them. Will never eat here again. Yum! We got the fire on the mountain nachos. Overall very good, fresh, love the salsa and the chips are very good!! Didn't really love the queso, but overall very good ingredients. Kind of pricy, added beans and pico to the nachos and got a large drink, total was around $20. Great service, friendly. Discount for being in the medical field which is nice and appreciated! Got pickup from here. The two sodas we ordered were missing, as well as a bag of chips, and they got a burrito order wrong. On top of that, the food we did get was mediocre at best. It was edible, but very bland. Overall a lousy experience. Probably won't be ordering from them again. read more

Needs to hire ADULTS or properly train employees on how to prepare the menu items. I order the same burrito every time and i have had to make adjustments to my order to accommodate for their messy work! It is not rocket science on how to properly roll a burrito so that all of its contents are not spilling out and spreading all over the foil. They rush to complete orders and do not take presentation NOR hygiene/food safe procedures into consideration. I had to ask one of the employees to change his gloves because he attempted to serve me right after handling a broom. I love this restaurant, however the overall service makes it an unpleasant experience! read more

First time trying Salsa Fresca and I loved it. I didn't get sick from it like I do with Chipotle. Also, it is much more fresh than Moe's. Fantastic quesadillas and you don't need to order them online like you do with Chipotle. - Everything is fresh and delicious. employees were very polite and the facility was very clean. read more
