Haven't really had Moes since I started my new job out of the area but a friend of mine said they had a $10 deal for a Junior burrito, side and a drink. Sounded like a good deal to me. Stopped in before a movie at Penn Cinema on a Friday night only to see an over worked crew, countless online orders stacked on the line and a few less than happy customers waiting to have their orders filled. It took a solid 20 minutes before they even got to the line and then acted like it was a hassle for them to serve us. They've also eliminated a lot of filer choices, most likely to stream line the process and make it faster. Once we did get our burritos they tasted fine. Im hoping we just hit it on a bad night or maybe a new crew working but to fill online orders first rather than customers waiting in line seems bizarre to me. read more

First time having this when I was in town for work. They have lots of options similar to chipotle but I'd say the overall ingredients are better. The young staff was helpful with the selections and I ended up getting a Crunchwrap like item and bowl. They had a variety of options as toppings including so many sauces! Best of all, they don't charge for sauces. You also get free chips. I was a little disappointed with the queso. It was a quiet Wednesday night so I ended up eating inside. So I wonder why Moe's used to be really good until we got it in Lititz? Upon entering there's no "welcome to Moe's". The first kid serving us had hair in his face but no hat or hairnet. The nachos I got were simply meat, cheese and queso, the way I asked for them. The chips were loaded up in the bag but a good portion were broken up small pieces. Wtf happened to this place?? I used to love going here but everytime we go now it's AWFUL. Staff is a bunch of teenagers who act absolutely inconvenienced that they are there. They just all huddle behind the counter and talk to each other instead of acknowledging customers and everytime we've went lately it takes quite a bit of time before they even say hi. On top of that, it's absolutely FILTHY. Not a single clean table in the entire place and it's not like they were busy, all the kids were just standing around talking. Usually, we have had good experiences with Moe's Southwest Grills, but this location is not on par with the other locations we have visited. The food was okay, but not the best that we've had, but our issue was not with the food. For us, it was all about the service, and that is sorely lacking in this location. The employees here tend to be very negative, and not helpful at all. Not sure if their boss is an absolute tool or what is going on, but the employees seem to be very unhappy at this location, and it really comes across to customers. The dining area was messy and did not look like it had been cleaned in some time. Got nothing but grief from the employees. Wanted their Moe Monday deal, but apparently because I skipped the rice, my burrito bowl became a salad. They were skimpy on the toppings, and we just did not have a good experience at this location. Literally terrible. My quesadilla was just a wet tortilla, no crisp to it at all. There was almost no chicken in it. And the rest of the food we ordered was just as soggy and bad. No one finished their food. Don't eat at this location. read more

02.26.22 First time sitting inside and eating. We've only done take out here twice. Your first impression after the chorus melody greeting, WeLcOmE tO MoE's! is cafeteria type serving. I had the nachos and they were pretty good. Nice variety of toppings. A little chintzy at the amount of ground beef the lady put on. My wife got a bowl. Not sure what kind. I don't remember. But she enjoyed it. The interior was nothing spectacular. Not cold or barren but not warm and fuzzy. One employee Katrina, was doing work in the dining area. Folding boxes, tidying up, cleaning tables and replacing electrical outlets. She was very pleasant and asked us a few times if everything was ok or if we needed anything. I couldn't get my daughters opinion Because she saw friends from school there and she decided to sit with them instead of us, her parents. You know, the ones that payed for her dinner. So overall good food, good atmosphere. I'd probably go again. read more

I stopped here for lunch yesterday to grab something to take back to the office. They have a decent sized parking lot and upon entering the establishment was clean. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I quickly received my order and they didn't skimp on anything, which is always nice. The only downfall was that the soda machines weren't working and they didn't have much of anything in their coolers. However, overall good for what you pay. read more

I friend of mine has gotten takeout from Moe's a couple of times for us. Today I decided to stop in and get a takeout order. The young man at the counter just stood there looking at me. I told him I wanted a bowl. He grabbed a container and again just stood there. I said what I am I supposed to do? He said what protein do you want? I told him, from there he just kept walking along the counter and looking at me. I guess he assumed that I had been there before. He did ask if I wanted chips, I said yes. What a disappointment when I got home. I was lucky if there was 20 chips in the bag. Hopefully he was just having a bad day. Very bad hygiene here. This restaurant allows children to stand on the counter where the food is. Their shoes are inches away from the food customers are being served. The manager didn't do anything about it and was right there. Not safe to eat here. Really gross. Many unacceptable practices here- where's the health inspector when you need him. read more

Moe's Southwest Grill - Mexican Near Me - Lititz, Pennsylvania

I used to absolutely love this place, but now they screwed up my order for the second time. I ordered regular a burrito and they gave me a tiny 4 inch, sad excuse of a wrap. I downed 4-incher in like 3 bites no cap! No freaking wonder it was so small, they have a bunch of young white kids making "Mexican" food. They have no quality control and cruddy costumer service. The Moe's that I used to go to had actual Mexicans making food and WAS one of my favorite joints. It pains me to have to let go of what once was a great franchise, but until they make some changes, I'll have to go with Chipotle. read more

I spent 102.00 in this restaurant never again NEVER AGAIN my food was done an hour and half before I was able to pick it up it was ordered for pick up at a certain time and they made it way to early putting all the meats into dangerous temperatures and I live 5 minutes away from this place so if you want food poison feel free to go there I was promised a refund but never got the refund back ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

I used to go to this location all of the time and loved it! It has definitely crashed over time. The food looks so unappetizing that Id rather go to chipotle (and i hate chipotle). I have never had a bad experience at Moe's. I go there a LOT and have only had 1 issue with my order (either online order or in-person) - but it was corrected immediately. The friendliness of most of the employees amazes me. They are always smiling and so kind, especially to my son when he tries to order for himself. He is 6, but they treat him like a valued customer, and not an annoyance. The rewards program is also pretty cool... I don't know of any other fast food places who have a rewards program, or at least not one like this. I've been to other Moe's locations and have not received nearly the same level of service. The Lititz team knows how to take care of people, and it keeps me coming back! read more

I have tried twice in the Past three weeks to get food here. First time had two younger male employees yelling at each other about it tearing the tortillas. After a full two mi utes of this, I left. (I was the only one in the store at the counter. ). Tonight lots of staff all focused on making two to go items (like four of them) and another three people further down the line chatting and joking. A great location, with plenty of seating. Parking can be limited at times, making it look more crowded than it really is. Staff is courteous and pleasant. When they first opened I noticed they did not turn off their Blue Ridge Caller ID from the TVs, meaning everyone who called had their number and name blasted on every TV in the restaurant. read more

I went here with a group of 6 friends because I normally like this chain. Wow! Apparently, not all Moe's are made equal. The place was filthy with visible grime on the tables. I watched the server put brown slimy lettuce that had the consistency of cooked spinach in my burrito, so I insisted on getting a new burrito with fresh lettuce. First time visit. Will NEVER go back. Taco Bell is better. Waited in line 15 min to place our order. Kind of expected with a newer restaurant on a Saturday evening. They don't need to shout "welcome to moes" so loud that it irritates the customers and then they screw up. The same guy worked on our food down their little assembly line setup. They had entirely too many people tripping over each other trying to make food. Jeremy had to begged 3x to put more lettuce on my taco, asked me 4x if it was to go (and still tried to feed us there), and somehow still gave us the wrong food. Somehow we got the food of the people in front of us! The food is pricey for what you're served, and it wasn't that good. I've had better service and food for better prices at taco bell. No, it's not chipotle, but it's got it's own flavor and style. The salsa bar is pretty awesome, I love that they change it out seasonally with a variety of flavors. I'm reading reviews the claim Moe's is flavorless, but they only put on your burrito what you ask for. So grow a pair and put some jalapeños and rock 'n' roll sauce in there and you'll have plenty of flavor. If you go anytime on Monday, it's going to be packed as hell. Order online and save yourself some heart ache. Honestly, my number one complaint is that so many Lancaster County residents seem to have never had a burrito in their life, so you get stuck behind somebody who has no idea what they're ordering and it takes forever. I've literally been behind somebody who asked for a quesadilla with no cheese. Try a stack at some point, they're pretty darn delicious. read more

Totally lacking in flavor! I've been anxiously awaiting the opening of Moe's in Lititz. We were really looking forward to having something different in the area. I hadn't been to any other Moe's before and now I'm quite disappointed. Does Moe's mean "So bland even great grandma can eat here"? I even went back a second time thinking maybe it was just what I ordered the first time. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the service is fast (I'd expect nothing different from a brand new restaurant), prices are reasonable and servings are generous, but the food totally lacks flavor. I've gotten better nachos down the street at the pretzel outlet that sells generic ones from the factory. The queso is like watered down melted American cheese. If you gave me the steak in a blind taste test, I wouldn't be able to tell you what meat it is. read more

Update: it's now 6/27. More than 2 weeks after this fiasco and I still haven't received the credit on my card! I'll never go back to this location again! The management sucks!! This moes has been my favorite place to eat for the past few weeks. I love how kind and cheerful the employees are. I think the employees here are great. I'm usually very indecisive when it comes to what I wanna eat but the young lady with the nose hoop was so calm and kind when I had asked her if she could make me something else. The burrito market is starting to get a little crowded here in Lancaster, but Moe's holds its own.

So my daughter raved about this place and how much better it is than Chipolte. So my husband and I tried it out last evening. Staff was wonderful from the moment we walked through the door. Selection of toppings was sufficient. I had a ground beef burrito with rice, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, con queso, cilantro and pickeled jalapenos & salsa/chips are free. The first bite was pretty good however as I was going on it was getting a little sickening. The rice was good, ground beef tasted like taco meat I make at home with store bought taco seasoning & the con queso was lacking flavor. I just wasn't too impressed with my meal. My husband had a chicken burrito with fixins and his only complaint was that the chicken was a little dry. As we were seated and eating we were looking around and couldn't believe how dirty the floors were and tables. The floor around the soda machines had spots of water or something & was an accident waiting to happen. We had to wipe down our table with napkins, but it was still sticky. We went around 7:45 pm & the amount of staff that was working that night I would have expected to see someone on the floor cleaning up a little bit. So would I return? Yes. I would return but I would try something else. Is it better than Chipolte? I still need to answer that. read more
