The financing process was super easy and we got the exact Ferris ISX3300 my husband wanted. We didn't expect everything to go through so quickly so we weren't prepared to take the mower home, but Erik allowed us to borrow a hitch, trailer, and tie down straps. The mower was cleaned off and loaded on the trailer for us. Everyone we spoke with was terrific and provided phenomenal customer service.
