The rules do not apply when it comes to this park.. The office is run by an older woman and a younger girl and they have their own little racket going.. If you don't use their contractors or use them to buy or sell the home, they will make your existence hell.. No cooperation whatsoever rules apply to one resident, but don't apply to another.. And they are doing this at all 5 parks that they recently came under control of... You continuously have to remind them of the laws that they are violating.. All this and an HOA fee at $625.. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.l read more
