This company seemed really suspicious when I got hired they offered me a position in downtown…read morePhoenix. Several indian guys kept calling me early in the morning everyday like around 5 am asking me for a lot of personal information. One of those so called recruiters kept asking for a picture of a check from my own bank account. That seemed really suspicious to me they didn't even tell me what they were using my personal information for. Those Indian guys are very hard to understand because they dont speak English very fluently. A couple days later I got a call from this older lady from Sunrise Systems and she was basically harassing me on the phone because I wouldn't provide her with the information she wanted. I eventually got hired with a job in downtown Phoenix through this agency (since I was desperate for a job, I needed the money and I wasnt getting any offers from anywhere else). I started having issues with an employee at the job site. The mangers and supervisors at that job site were not helpful. I reported the situation to Sunrise and they didnt do anything about it except document it. Since they didn't take any action I decided to leave the job site and this job agency. Upon making this review I did some research on this place and found a lot of people had similar experiences with this company on getting scammed. That's a huge red flag I should've looked into before accepting that job. I would avoid this company like the plague.

Its not your usual agency where you walk in and are first greeted by a bulletproof glass separating you from the recruiter - they care about every single person that walks into the office and take the time to get to know what type of work you are looking for, help you with your resume, they even coach you for the interview! Since the moment they helped me find a position I have referred countless friends and family to this office and every single one of them walked out with a job or interview for the next day. The number they call you from you cant call back to and the number they leave for you to contact them back at is not the number on their website. The website reroutes you to other websites of theirs.The BBB has no phone number for them but address....... and biggest issue is they have suspicious business practices. I called back and spoke to Mary Beth who said it was against their company policy to answer any questions for me. BTW all I asked her was where where they were located. Took the woman three times to send since she was unable to simply copy and paste my email address from my résumé. When I met her face to face, she complained about previous people that came through that happen to work at my current place of employment. Then stated that I looked unprofessional. I was wearing a dress with a sweater, and my hair was straight and pulled back into a ponytail( I probably resembled a librarian). She stated that I didn't own a suit. How asinine to make that assumption. During a phone conversation, she also thought it was necessary to explain to me how I am sabotaging myself since I am hard to get a hold of. Mind you, it was written on my résumé and I told her that I had a full time job and cannot have my personal cell phone out. When she would call or email me. I would ALWAYS return her phone calls within the hour and if she ever emailed me, I would respond within minutes. But of course during her professional rant, she stated that it took me a longer than day to get back to her. Overall, if you want a woman to preach to you on professionalism and chastise you for quickly returning phone calls and emails instead of answering her phone calls while you are at work, then this place is for you. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time and effort.
