I cannot speak for the doctor, but my experience here was terrible. I had a doctor's appointment at…read morethe adjacent building and mistakenly parked in this lot, since my GPS said I had arrived at the correct location. I saw that the name was incorrect on the building, so I proceeded to walk around the other side to see if that was where the correct office was located. I walked only a few feet when an employee, later claiming to be a manager, burst out the doors asking what I was doing and where I was going. She was blunt and rude, but I replied that I was looking for Dr. Guerra's office. Rather than explaining I was in the wrong lot or directing me to the correct one, she began barking that I needed to move my car, even threatening to call to have it towed. My fiancé moved the car to the other side of the building, where we found the correct building for my doctor's office. She mistakenly parked in their lot again, but upon realizing that we were in the wrong lot, she immediately began backing up the car to look for a parking in the surrounding neighborhood instead. The car was already backing up out of this second lot when the same "manager" came out the back entrance and began yelling for us to move. I spoke to her, explaining that we found the correct office and were moving, but she continued to argue and be disrespectful. Parking in the incorrect lot was entirely my fault, but why was your employee not trained in customer service? Would it have been so difficult to say, "I'm sorry, you can't park here. Dr. Guerra is on the other side" rather than yelling and being disrespectful to someone who was admittedly unfamiliar with the area? Absolutely terrible customer experience.
