This review is overdue for me. I moved to AZ last year from CA and wanted to find a shop to call…read morehome for transfers and what not. Mohave Armory was just that. Everyone here is amazing, Kristine, Greg, Ray, Nathanael, and everyone else who I've worked with here has been awesome! I've done countless transfers with them and every transfer went incredibly smooth. I also got my CCW license through them which they made incredibly easy! I loved that they did their own NFA filings (no lame kiosk). Ray was always lightening quick with sending out their FFL and SOT info for me for transfers which I really appreciate. I'm really bummed to see them closing down, I always enjoyed coming into the shop. Thank you guys for always taking such good care of me, I wish you all the best in your next endeavors!

Ray, the instructor and manager, is a wealth of knowledge and an easy guy to talk to. Nathan was my salesperson and he helped me choose the best FA for my needs, one of the key concepts when learning to get your CCW. While they're not the cheapest in the valley, they certainly know their stuff and are willing to answer just about any question. Kristine, one of the owners, quickly processed my background check and let me know about some good in store specials they have on occasion. There's plenty of off street parking and they're also open on Sunday's so that's an added plus. From ammo, to holsters, to mags and of course, guns, Mohave Armory should be on your short list of gun stores. It's centrally located to all of BHC and across the river from Laughlin. Give them a shot. You'll be right on target.

If you can't make it in person but know what you want, they also sell online through Gallery of Guns, so you can place your order(s) there and get great deals.

I was met with, "fuck that." I was taken aback. Maybe if you were just buying what they have your experience would be better but don't mention transfers unless you want some massive attitude. P.S. I did about 50 transfers last year with my old FFL, about half of them were NFA. That's free money that you don't want for just filing paperwork apparently. Response: I mentioned transfers multiple times. The first thing I said was that I was looking for a new shop to do transfers at. I was guided to the kiosk because I said that I'd like to get setup to do NFA transfers. When Eric started talking about silencers that you guys have in stock or were getting in stock I asked how it works with the kiosk when transferring an NFA item in that wasn't from silencer shop and that's when I was met with the, "fuck that." Along with complaining about me using the kiosk with no plans of buying something directly from your store. At that point I walked out. I have no interest in sending thousands of dollars worth of firearms for transfers through a shop that complains about me not buying things directly through them. Honestly I have never been treated so rudely by an FFL, and I have worked with many. On top of that I get called a liar for sharing my experience. Maybe there was some miscommunication but even if I had come into the shop just to do my finger prints on your kiosk would that be an excuse for your sales person to be rude to me? Review stands.
