His willingness to meet with the owner and stake out an acceptable area was much appreciated. In addition he surveyed our entire property, the last survey being done around 1814 and before that in the late 1600's. His research and hard work solved many complicated problems. I deeply appreciated his professionalism, research and deep understanding of property issues. His willingness to work with Land Trust Administrators made the process much easier than I expected.
