Issues: She was extremely lacking in communication after even telling her multiple times to stay in touch. One night she promised to call 3 times and i had to call her the next day. And by the way, texting is her communication. When i reminded her of how easy it was to sell the house and all she needed to do was stay in touch, she replied that the referral I had gotten for her, had cost her part of the commission. How tacky. My personal opinion, she was always curt, lacking in understanding that a seller needs to have a bond with the agent and when you leave town for overseas, pass it on to someone else to handle questions. After signing, he was virtually unreachable, placed zero advertising, and put in little to no effort. Additionally, the listing was placed incorrectly, so that it was not viewable to anyone looking on the major marketing sites, and it showed up erroneously in a different county more than fifty miles away... for four months. This is an agency that doesn't care about the customer, look elsewhere for someone who knows the market and is willing to put in the work.
