The house sold quickly, never on the market because she knew someone. It was complicated by tenants not moving out so it took awhile. Issues: She was extremely lacking in communication after even telling her multiple times to stay in touch. One night she promised to call 3 times and i had to call her the next day. And by the way, texting is her communication. When i reminded her of how easy it was to sell the house and all she needed to do was stay in touch, she replied that the referral I had gotten for her, had cost her part of the commission. How tacky. My personal opinion, she was always curt, lacking in understanding that a seller needs to have a bond with the agent and when you leave town for overseas, pass it on to someone else to handle questions. After signing, he was virtually unreachable, placed zero advertising, and put in little to no effort. Additionally, the listing was placed incorrectly, so that it was not viewable to anyone looking on the major marketing sites, and it showed up erroneously in a different county more than fifty miles away... for four months. This is an agency that doesn't care about the customer, look elsewhere for someone who knows the market and is willing to put in the work.

After reaching out for three days they finally answered our call and said the rental was taken, which I understood. I had a different house which I found before it was listed (through the current tenants FB post) and we filled out everything we needed to (before it was listed) and were told we were approved, then we were told that another agent showed someone and our agent didn't know anything about it and I have not heard anything from them since. The current tenant was nice enough to reach out and let me know the person they showed it to after us had signed a lease. Extremely disappointed on how it was handled and will not be renting from them.
