We paid Kickcharge Creative an obscene…read moreamount of money upfront for branding design, and truck wrap and what we've been through, approaching two years now, has been nothing short of a major disappointment, incredible frustration and dealing with their representative, Erica Lubera, a total nightmare. To say she is unpleasant and dismissive would be an understatement. She also repeatedly tells us they're "over time" and that we need to choose from the garbage concepts they've sent. We have gotten better options from Canva & Chatgpt for free. We initially contacted them after hearing rave reviews from Tommy Mello at a Home Service Freedom event. This was not the level of professionalism or creativity they advertised or I expected. We trusted them with creating a new look for our brand's image, and what we got in return was pressure tactics, an absolutely terrible communication channel, don't ever expect to get anyone on the phone, and subpar work that we wouldn't put our name on. We clearly expected to pay top dollar, and believe me we did, only because they were highly recommended; we totally drank the Kool-Aid on that part. But they are completely awful to deal with. Don't expect the owner, Dan Antonelli, to step in and make things right either. Because I have repeatedly expressed my frustrations to them about not having to deal with Erica Lubera any longer and wanting to get this resolved with a design we can be proud of, but he instead had his Director of Accounts, Gina Easterday end the relationship today. We paid them the entire project upfront and have nothing usable to show for it. From our experience, they only are only capable of doing one type of branding; and the allure of the upfront revenue to them is what's most important. They don't turn away clients that are not a good fit for them. And so you end up frustrated and suffering monetary losses. If you value your money, your brand, and your sanity stay far away from Kickcharge Creative. They talk a big game, but when it comes time to deliver, you'll be left with empty pockets, worthless designs and and elevated blood pressure.

We have been asking for assistance on an item for our website since Feb 9th with no assistance. We have left 6 total messages requested assistance. We pay the monthly maintenance fee. I spoke with Ben this afternoon. He said to talk to Steve because he is not able to do anything. Each time I have talked to Ben he is clueless and aloof. I left Steve a message. No response AGAIN. I have sent 4 different companies to them in the last 6 months telling them how great their service is. I am incredibly disappointed to think that I have been promoting a company that does not even do the basics. I told each person Ben, Lisa, and Steve(on voicemail) how critical it was that I heard back from someone today. No one called me back again today
