No. My daughter was looking. Attentive sales associates were available if she needed assistance. We were not pestered to purchase anything. Items that were reduced price were clearly displayed on the entrance table. If you like candles and shop in this mall you may want to stop in. You could spend an hour smelling all the various scented candles. Lucky for me my daughter did not linger too long today. She is a candle lover.

I purchased a 25 pound box from them and ask the owners if it was ok to leave the box there so that I could go for my car because I was physically unable to carry it along with my other purchases. They agreed. When I returned, in less than 20 minutes, to the store they sold my purchase. I was livid and expressed my frustration to them. First they pretended as if it was the first time they saw me and question me on whether I had made the purchase. It wasn't as if the store was packed, I spent a half hour or so picking out a good quality box. When I showed them my receipt their memory returned. They brought up a few other boxes but the butters were dirty and dark, a sign that it's spoiled and lost its potency. I finally settled on one that I thought was good but when I returned home it was just as bad as the others. I tried to contact the owner, when I asked about their return policy and reminded him I was the customer on Saturday, the son hung up on me. I tried calling him back along with all the other numbers which are all tied to his number...my calls went unanswered. I will take all legal measures to receive my refund. While I was there I noticed how they were disrespectful to their customers and their black employees. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!

I should've listen to that little voice in my head that warned me but I didn't so hear is my tale... Called about 11am to inquire about their prices and if it mattered if I bought the Groupon. The person who picked up the phone answered so rudely and casually ("Yeah?!") I thought I had called an individual versus a business. I inquired what their price was for the wax and if the Groupon price was different-this person seemed confused and passed the phone to another person who said buy the Groupon and call back for an appointment time. At this point I looked at my own wax kit with thoughts of doing it myself because I felt like they sound like a hot mess. Then I talked myself into giving this place a chance bought the Groupon and made the appointment. I arrived- they were friendly and showed me to the room. They used the chocolate wax. The wax was lukewarm which made me wonder if this was going to be a success or a bust. Long story short- this is the worst wax I've gotten. When the woman deemed herself done she sprays me with copious amounts of baby oil and tells me to clean myself out because I still have wax. Sound weird to you? It did to me- I was like is this a new method? Then she explained to me that she couldn't get all the wax off of hair off so I had wax all in my lady part- and I mean all up in there!!! Also for those who are wondering the hair was not too long or too short- it was the Goldilocks standard of length for a successful wax(and I've actually been to Brasil for the official Brazilian wax so I consider myself to know a thing or two in this area).
