She literally went to close the fitting room as I was about to use it. The individuals at the register took forever. I do not know what POS system is being used, but it wasn't like they were pressing on items on the iPads, it was literal typing out of letters. People were in line for so long. I went around 1pm, the older woman on the left was patient but the sister on the right was not. Have some patience and grace!!! We also had store credit which they were not willing to use simply because "the laptop" was not on them. You're better off just ordering online if you cannot try on the clothes and when the purchase policy was not clear for the garden party. I just want to buy something and leave. So if I didn't give him my name, he wouldn't have sold me anything? Very strange. I took a lovely field trip to Chinatown Brooklyn this weekend and as I was walking I spotted on a side street a giant pink sign "Pink House". I had to further investigate because at first I thought it was some kind of Barbie living Condominium. But to my surprise it was a cute as a button clothing store. I have always wondered where a lot of these cute Asian gals are getting their sweet wardrobe and I may have found the secret! All the clothing here is very sweet, baby doll style clothing. Floral print tops, babydoll style dresses, striped leggings, really cute mini skirts & short shorts. I think there are really only two sizes and they are small and extra small. But a lot of the dresses fit loosely and could fit other sizes. They have their own Pink House brand of clothing that is very cute. $49 seemed to be the priced of everything in the store. All in all, I haven't seen another store in New York like this one and it makes me think if I went on a shopping trip overseas this is what I would find - and I love it!

Returns are much a hassle. I was finally told about paying for return shipping and $23 restocking fees after receiving the dress that did not fit. To return it would cost almost as much as the dress. Then I was told I could keep this dress or donate it and receive a 15% inconvenience fee. This amounts to $7.49 supposedly refunded to my credit card on February 18, 2026. This would take 10 business days and to contact them with any problems.Well it's March 4 and no puny refund has been received and they do not respond to my several emails I've sent. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH AMANDA'S BOUTIQUE! THEY ARE A HORRIBLE!!!!
